Don't think you have done anything wrong. But I guess you are more worried about your privacy as you have exposed your number. The chances of someone having stored your number or looking up on Trucaller is very slim and you have no control over that now. That is the only thing you might have to worry about in terms of privacy.

As a precaution, just make sure that you change the settings on WhatsApp to show your DP, Status messages and last seen to only those in your contacts. And delete any contact # that you stored for interacting for this hobby.

Yes, larger chains usually should be the last target since they pay a lot more money or have good influence with local politicians, etc. Also spas located in 4 and 5 star hotels should be safe. However it needs a lot of work to get extras there. Other than shelling out 2-3 x the normal MP rates for just massage.

I really hope we get smooci in India soon, at least for the big 3-4 cities which will make hooking up easier.

In these sad days, how do we survive. Are Wgs the only source of safety. Further, would one be safer in a larger- in terms of profile, spa and would that be safer.
