Ask them on LINE. It's on their website. I'm going to assume it is because paradise is focused on foreigners they don't usually do have local customers.

If you have a layover that long and if that is your budget, then you can get more than an hour at most places in Japan. If you use a delivery health then you will have to get a room somewhere. If you go to a soapland then you you will not need to get a room.
