Arrived in Cartagena Colombia on August 11th after I saw my flight with Spirit was going to be a no go out of Kansas City. I operate the same. Tell them come for an hour, negotiate the price, they get here and its all business for them once the service is completed I pay them. 5 hours later they are still here playing in the pool, practicing their English on my while practice my Spanish on them.
