I asked multiple times for some help but no reply.

One can buy it from someone known. However, there is a risk involved if one buys it from some one who he has met online.

After you buy and configure the WhatsApp and make the payment, original owner can sell the same number to someone else as only they can receive the OTP on email ID / Google voice associated to with that email ID.

Google Voice is only available in US and not in India. You can use the Google voice number (a US Number) for WhatsApp.

The app is not available in India, but you can use the web account to do the sms / calling and ofcourse activate WhatsApp.

You can't activate Google voice using your regular Gmail or can't download the app.

That's why I bought it from someone. You will have to use the website to receive sms or make calls.

I also have many google voice numbers. Thinking to sell extra numbers.
