There's not a division of the Colombian National Police that walks around looking for tough people and asks them to become cops. Anyone, and I mean anyone from toddler to senior citizen, who has been to Colombia can tell you that most of the police don't look tough at all. That includes the men. Most of them look like they're ready to run away.

Just like in the US, to join the police in Colombia people have to enter the Police Academy. There are minimum requirements, but looking tough isn't one of them. Considering Colombian culture, I expect the more feminine and attractive a woman is, the easier her path through the academy.

I know there are plenty of exceptions, but preferring Asian women for their nice asses is like preferring African women for their white skin.
