Are you sure that you can leave the airport? I don't think you are allowed to leave the airport during your lay over. Entry in Japan still have limitation and is not like it was before covid.

Japan opens up with no visas starting October 11 but you can get a day visa.

Are you sure that you can leave the airport? I don't think you are allowed to leave the airport during your lay over. Entry in Japan still have limitation and is not like it was before covid.

While it may be "easy" to get gaigin entry into soaplands, your chances might be higher if you go alone. Past intel suggests two or more together are more likely to be a red flag to the management.
