Since when is child support not intended to support the child?

Are you really going to make the intellectually dishonest argument that if a man is sending money to the mother of his child (without court order) that it is not child support?

Stealing is Stealing. You are not going to get any argument with me over that.

My point is that some (and you can include yourself in this statement if you want but it is not directed at you) from the Western world hold others to standards that are not met in their own country. In my country of origin there is not requirement that court ordered child support is spend on a child. Are you going to make the argument that because individual amounts are not dictated by the court that the court does not intend for the fund to be used in their entirety for the benefit of the child?

A Mother is held to the same standards as trustee. If your are the court ordered guardian of a child you have a fiduciary responsibility to use the funds designated for that child in that manner or face legal repercussions. Child support (court ordered or not) is not held to the same standards.

It is the principle of the matter and you are playing your usual semantic games that you play in your replies to my posts. Different is I'll point them out when you reply to me directly.

It is like you signing your kid up for baseball and you sending the money to the mom to buy his top of the line new equipment. She takes some of that money for herself and buys him equipment from the thrift store. Stealing is stealing. Even worse when you steal from your own kid.

But I'm sure that places that buy ice aren't having customers die en masse because of dirty ice.

Even the dirty street Vendor has Clean ice.

What you should be worried about is high rate of STDs in Pattaya. Hahaha. Buzzin even did a Video the other day.
Exactly. Thai people get the shits too. Dirty ice for you is dirty ice for them.

The individual can do whatever they want with the payments at their sole discretion.

I think his comment about the broth was more about the amount of spice in the broth especially after you get done doctoring it up. I know I have a, uh problem, with too much chipotle seasoning so it stands to reason. I have considered that ice might not be something you want in your drink. I'm almost afraid to drink anything in Colombia, but ice isn't the worst concern. LOL.

You mention "it did not sound like what he had sent" so possibility a lost in translation episode? Also I presume quite apart from the savings account at the school he was also supporting her and the kid in some other way. Possible the two got mixed up? If there was no confusion about the actual amount in question what surprised me about the tale was the girl giving a number that was less than what he had sent. If she was being dishonest you would imagine she would have given the same amount he had sent as he was unlikely to be in touch with the school.

To finish may I suggest another rather more cynical explanation. There was no savings account to begin with.

The teacher called and asked his kid's mom if she could borrow some of the money and the mom said no. 3 weeks later when the new semester began, the school called a meeting with the parents and asked if the teacher called anyone asking to borrow money. They advised them that the teacher had been stealing the kids' money. So all the parents had to give a number of how much money they had sent. His kid's mom told him a number that it did not sound like he had sent in total. So his kid's mom had been skimming off the money that was supposed to go to the kid's savings. Did not matter anyway because the teacher stole whatever was left to actually go to the savings. This kind shit does not shock me at all anymore. I already know what we are dealing with. Thailand is truly fucking amazing.

It depends on if you want to have any fun or not. If you just want to sit in a hotel room and then go fuck girls it's enough. If you actually want to go out and enjoy Bangkok it's not enough.

30-40 k only for girls only I assume. Gogo girls for 7 days 35 k ST to 49 k LT. Thermae for 7 days 17,500. Massage joints around Phrom Phong less than or nearly the same as Thermae. FL's even cheaper. So yes 30-40 k for a week for girls only should suffice if you mix things up.

If you send money to a Thai lady, she is going to use it for whatever she wants, drinking, slots, a Thai man. That is the norm in Thailand.

Agree Det 5 across from the Adelphi Suites is a fantastic restaurant and so is Kinnaree beside it. Not positive they're open either since when I last walked by the trees and shrubs were very overgrown. Det 5 used to have everything meticulously maintained.

Broth should be fine if it was properly boiled. What people get sick from is ice in your drinks.
