It's freelance so in theory you could get anything. But in practice it's Viets. Haven't been since the pandemic and apparently not as much selection but there are some posts on it below. SIM card accounts will be blocked if not used every 90 days, and one must go to the mobile store to show ID again to restore it, regardless of money remaining on the account. Anybody have ideas how to get around this? My plan is to have a friend use it while I'm gone. This is most inconvenient in the first 24 hours upon returning. Hotels ask for a cell number and sometimes when buying a train ticket. Free internet sites require a cell number to get a code.
