I am not a legal expert.

But if it's just a man and woman inside a room, and no middleman is involved, there's no legal case in my opinion. You can just say that we are having an affair or a one night stand.

Guys many spas closed shutter today due to LE inspection. Was thinking of action when I called my regular haunts two of them had closed down by 3:00 pm.

It's a misunderstanding. Leela Palace which is 5 star wasn't raided, rather a small hotel called Leela Park was raided.

Also January usually is high point for raids in my opinion -new year, new understanding and new negotiations.

Buddy it was Leela Park which got raided and not Leela Palace. Leela Park is part of Fabhotel. Basically a small hotel.
