Be careful out there.

I have just had my 3 week holiday in Pattaya ruined by getting a dose of gonorrhea from a BBBJ, which I didn't think was plausible.

Either I'm particularly unlucky, or the number of infested women is significant in these places.

I still tend to think that the second hypothesis is correct.

How do you get gonorrhea?

No, not as easily or as often. But just as surely.

In fact, as long as infected fluid can be transfered from vagina or penis to mouth (or eyes) as well as from mouth to penis, as in the case discussed in this thread, I don't see how it can not be transferred from mouth to mouth as is stated in the above link:

I have to admit. I know nothing about buying forty lady drinks in any kind of venue. I have never done it. I think the most I have spent up in the club is 10000 THB in Windmill and that was an epic time for me that had my friends giving me a 20 THB note because I was out of money. Sending me out the door to catch the baht bus before I embarrassed myself more than I already had. It was my second day in Pattaya.

Gems can be had anywhere. The same girls have moved around from Coconut Bar, Soi 6, IBar, TF etc.

But their pricing is all over the map (1000-5000 or more). What you pay is always determined by how bad you want it now and how much the girls can feed of that "instant gratification need like a toddler" vibe you give off.

It's because many of the very active members of this forum aren't active mongers anymore, mainly because of age and health. They're just reliving their best years. That's why there are so many emotional debates with no practical implications whatsoever. Practical actionable posts are so rare. It's also why some people think they know best what is happening because they had a few dozen years of experience (making them 65-75 year old). Also explains why there's so much bitterness. Please note, this is a general remark, I am not talking about anyone specific.

My practical answer to the BBFS question: it's your choice and your (high) risk. Relatively few girls will agree to it beforehand, many will agree when you claim to have no condom, many will agree when you offer them extra money in the room, and many will not agree under any circumstances.
