Friends I have a problem.

I have got my ISG account activated after sending a mail through contact us form.

I am not able to change my password on the platform as I am not able to receive any email from ISG.

I tried all the things mentioned on the ISG by using "test your email address" and checking spam folders in the email.

Can anyone please guide me how I can receive all the mail from ISG instantly.
