I agree with you on this. It's relatively easy to meet some NI chicks in Delhi than getting some good afros.

Just go near Bristol hotel or on MG road, plenty of afros to pick up. But rarely will you find good ones now days. The trick is to enter an afro network in Chattarpur etc. There you find afros who are not full time CGs but working as a teacher or a hair braider somewhere.
