No but can use it to get watsapp / telegram otps then calling can be done using watsapp. However since few months back watsapp has implemented measures to make sure they identify virtual nos and then don't sent OTPs, I tried a lot but had to finally give up. Can you please suggest if Numero no. Can be used for watsapp verification as on date?

The other simpler option is to get a dual sim phone, get a 2nd sim use it only for mongering and activate it only when you are connecting with mongering contacts.
