Posts: 991The saga of "Sub Par" takes a darkly humorous turn when he introduces a new character into his chaotic online world: "Mother Fucking Thread Jack. " It's not a new persona—at least not in the way his other aliases were. Instead, "Thread Jack" is a concept, an alter ego born out of "Sub Par's" frustration and desire to dominate the forum even more completely.
The idea of "Thread Jack" starts innocently enough, or as innocent as things get in the mind of "Sub Par. " After his mass posting spree, which left the forum in shambles, "Sub Par" decides that the best way to maintain control is to insert himself into every thread in the most disruptive way possible. Thus, the "Mother Fucking Thread Jack" is born—a tactic where he hijacks any conversation, bending it to his will, regardless of the original topic.
"Sub Par" begins his new campaign by seeking out the most active threads, especially those that had nothing to do with him. He waits until a conversation is flowing smoothly, then swoops in with his signature style: quoting, misquoting, and derailing the discussion with irrelevant and inflammatory comments. But now, every time he disrupts a thread, he signs off with a triumphant, "You've been Thread Jacked, mother fuckers!
At first, the forum members are annoyed but try to ignore him. They attempt to continue their discussions as if "Thread Jack" isn't there, but it's impossible. "Sub Par" is relentless, posting faster than they can reply, twisting every response into something nonsensical or offensive. He revels in the chaos, delighted at how easily he can disrupt even the most serious of conversations.
A thread about relationship advice turns into a bizarre debate about alien conspiracies after "Sub Par" insists that the only reason anyone has relationship problems is because they've been brainwashed by extraterrestrial beings. A lighthearted discussion about favorite movies becomes a rant about how Hollywood is part of a global cabal, with "Sub Par" quoting members' posts completely out of context to support his wild theories.
The forum members start to get angry. Some try to fight back, calling him out on his behavior, but this only encourages him. He replies to each post with more of the same—quoting them back to themselves, but in ways that make no sense, and ending every reply with that infuriating, "Thread Jacked, mother fuckers!
Others try to reason with him, asking him to stop, but "Sub Par" dismisses them with sarcasm and more absurdity. He's fully committed to the role of "Thread Jack" now, and there's no turning back. Every thread is a new target, every conversation another opportunity to assert his dominance over the forum.
Eventually, the forum members start to adapt. Some stop engaging with him altogether, recognizing that any response only fuels his madness. Others try to fight fire with fire, hijacking their own threads before he can, posting gibberish or spamming with random images to preempt his disruption. But this only leads to more chaos, with entire sections of the forum descending into meaningless noise.
Realizing that his tactics have pushed the forum to the brink of collapse, "Sub Par" decides it's time to escalate even further. He starts creating new threads with provocative titles, deliberately designed to attract attention. Once people start replying, he immediately "Thread Jacks" his own posts, derailing the conversation before it even begins. It becomes a twisted game, with "Sub Par" playing both the instigator and the saboteur, all the while declaring victory over and over: "Thread Jacked, mother fuckers!
But even as he seems to be winning, the forum's atmosphere changes. What was once a vibrant community is now a battlefield, with members growing weary of the constant disruptions. The joy and camaraderie that once defined the forum are replaced by frustration and resignation. More and more members begin to leave, tired of the endless cycle of chaos.

Posts: 7745ETLegalEagle says prostitution is illegal in Thailand. Yet the story is that not only does ETLegalEagle post about regular activities of engaging prostitutes, he has a special user blog dedicated to the documenting the engagement of those prostitutes at the highest of prices. He is a founding member of the organization called the Pattaya High Rollers Club. The founding statement is taken from their website and reads as follows:
Pattaya High Rollers Club
This club is strictly for those that have a ]money is no object approach to mongering in Pattaya It's about living a life of true luxury and class. It's about being in places where the rich and powerful gather, where money flows like water, and where the experiences are priceless.
Curious, how does a organization like this exist in Pattaya? I've read announcements that now they are expanding to the entirety of Thailand. Name change to follow soon according to their website along with additional stories.

Posts: 991After his dramatic confession and brief disappearance from the forum, the man returns as "Sub Par. " This time, his behavior escalates to new extremes. Fueled by a manic energy, he embarks on a relentless posting spree, flooding the forum with his chaotic rants and out-of-context quotations.
"Sub Par" becomes infamous overnight. He spends hours meticulously combing through old threads, copying and pasting posts from other memberssometimes even from his own previous personasinto new discussions. The once bustling forum, known for its candid and racy exchanges and insults, is now dominated by the erratic and overwhelming presence of "Sub Par. ".
At first, his posts seem like ordinary replies. But as he continues, it becomes clear that he's not engaging in the conversation; he's drowning it out. He quotes members out of context, twisting their words into absurd arguments that bear no relation to the original discussion. He responds with long, rambling diatribes that jump from one topic to the next, peppered with bizarre insults and nonsensical conclusions.
For example, someone might post a simple comment about the importance of consent, and "Sub Par" would quote it, replying with a paragraph that begins by agreeing, then veers into a rant about government conspiracies, only to end with a nonsensical comparison to a fast-food menu. He accuses members of contradicting themselves, using their own words against them in ways that make no sense. It's as if he's trying to argue every possible point simultaneously, with no regard for coherence or relevance.
The forum's regulars are baffled. They try to reason with him at first, pointing out the flaws in his logic and the absurdity of his arguments. But "Sub Par" is relentless, responding to each post with yet another barrage of quotes, twisted into new shapes and accompanied by ever more ridiculous commentary. It's clear that he's spending hours, if not days, crafting these posts, time that no one else is willing or able to invest.
As the days go by, "Sub Par" begins to dominate every thread. No matter the topic, he finds a way to insert himself into the conversation, quoting members from completely unrelated discussions. His replies become so long and convoluted that they're almost impossible to follow. He starts responding to his own posts, creating endless chains of back-and-forth arguments with himself, each reply quoting the last in an ever-expanding spiral of madness.
Members of the forum begin to avoid posting altogether, knowing that any contribution they make will be seized upon by "Sub Par" and transformed into yet another incoherent rant. The forum's moderators are overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with the flood of posts and the growing complaints from users who just want to have a normal conversation.
Eventually, a few members decide to confront "Sub Par" directly. They tell him that his behavior is disruptive and that he needs to stop. But "Sub Par" only sees this as another challenge. He quotes their criticisms, dissecting them word by word, and launching into a new series of posts that are even more aggressive and nonsensical than before.
The forum becomes a battleground, with "Sub Par" at the center, firing off post after post, each more absurd than the last. His relentless quoting and misquoting becomes a form of psychological warfare, designed to wear down anyone who dares to engage with him. The once lively discussions are reduced to a chaotic mess, with "Sub Par" gleefully sowing confusion and frustration at every turn. He even goes after one of the founding members of the Thailand threads Cockscrot.

Posts: 6804Thai girls will say EXACTLY what you want to hear. I bet that same Thai girl will say to a Korean she has never gone with a Farang or black guy. Not implying you did but many guys fall in love with Thai girls because they believe they are special. I never believe what comes out of a Thai girl's mouth. Show me with action.

Posts: 7970I have said the concept of negotiating a P4P deal online through a social network or app is "new" and, imo, untested on this topic.

I don't think TF or Tinder allows explicit ads with pricing or requests for money in exchange for anything, not just P4 P. But I am not sure about that.
Meanwhile, if the powers that be in Thailand have concluded that TF and Tinder are as public and easily visible to the casual passerby in this regard as the corner of Sukhumvit and Asoke, then they ought to say so and put the prostitutes whose quality of life they state they are trying to improve a chance to avoid getting busted for running an ad. Again, busted for running an ad as stipulated in Section 7, not for being a prostitute or engaging in prostitution, behaviors that are not characterized as being illegal among consenting adults in Sections 4, 5, 7 or anywhere else in the Act or the Code, either in plain language, fancy language, legalese or any other way that I could find or anyone else could cite and quote.
See, I don't see where the ordinary kind of conversation you are referring to pertains to Section 5 at all unless it is "committed openly and shamelessly or causes nuisance to the public". Not a normal conversation between two people out of ear shot of anyone else or not done among such a congregation of hookers and customers that ordinary tourists can not even walk on Beach Road across from Mike's Mall to Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Then it becomes a public nuisance.Youn have to find out the girl is a freelancer right? You can only find this out in a public place when she tells you in a bar, club or on beach road. That covers Section 5. Or you find out online and that covers section 7.
Now, that kind of hooker congestion condition has occasionally come up on Soi 4 in Bangkok, where the gauntlet of FLs is so daunting that tourists can barely enter and exit restaurants, shops and hotels. Typically it is the restaurant, shop or hotel that lodges a complaint. And then those street FLs will get rounded up in a sweep. Again and as always, the charge and reason for the sweep is never "prostitution". It is for loitering, creating a public nuisance or in some cases for not having a valid visa or work permit.
No customer or potential customer has ever been caught up in the crowd and carted off in the paddy wagon in those cases.
I would be happy to concede that the act of prostitution is illegal in Thailand if only it said so in words, stick figures or sign language somewhere in the Thai Penal Code or that addendum 1996 Act. But it doesn't.
Section 4 merely defines the word "prostitution", tells what it means so we will know what they are talking about when they clearly state that advertizing it, forcing someone to do it, trafficking prostitutes, procuring a prostitute for someone else, living off the proceeds of a prostitute, running a business where you rake off a profit from someone else engaging in prostitution and so on is illegal and punishable by whatever. It does not tell me or anyone else that engaging in prostitution itself is illegal.
Yes, have a great one or three, EThai!

Posts: 991Here are the important points that possibly refute what you have just stated:

Section 4. In this Act, "prostitution" means sexual intercourse, or any other act, or the commission of any other act in order to gratify the sexual desire of another person in a promiscuous manner in return for earning or any other benefit, irrespective of whether the person who accepts the act and the person who commits the act are of the same sex or not;.
Section 4 defines the word prostitution for use in this law.
Section 5. Any person who, for the purpose of prostitution, solicits, induces, introduces herself or himself to, follows or importunes a person in a street, public place or any other place, which is committed openly and shamelessly or causes nuisance to the public, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand Baht.
I get your point here as section 5 seems to be only in public, but how about section 7?
Section 7. Any person who advertises or agrees to advertise, induces or introduces by means of documents or printed matters, or by any means makes known to the public in a manner apparently indicative of importunity or solicitation for the prostitution of oneself or another person shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of six months to two years or to a fine of ten thousand to forty thousand Baht or to both.
Section 7 refers to advertising and this can also include Thai Friendly and Tinder where the girl and you discuss online and or the Gil writes something in her profile.
Youn have to find out the girl is a freelancer right? You can only find this out in a public place when she tells you in a bar, club or on beach road. That covers Section 5. Or you find out online and that covers section 7.
This is how I interpret the law as I have referenced above.
How do I know? Let's just say I have access to first hand legal info and leave it at that. Therefore, prostitution as defined under Thai law is illegal. It all starts in public or online.
Don't forget you said very plainly before that prostitution in Thailand was legal. However, it is very clearly not legal. You can't just change the rules now and say if in private it's legal. Every initial interaction will either be in public or online and that's where you will find out the lady is selling herself. Therefore, that initial conversation where you find out the lady is selling herself will either take place online or in public. Both fall under section 4, 5, and 7. It is what you say before getting her in your condo or hotel that will incriminate you and the lady for arguments sake.
Just my 2 cents worth Tooms. Cheers and happy mongering.

Posts: 7745Here is a story of CaliPomPomGuy. His position and attitudes about posts are dependent on if a massage girl has her finger of his ass when she is jerking him off.
When the finger is up his ass, he is riding the dick of ETPhoneHome the resident frustrated created writer who uses fictional stories to talk about people who have bested him in other Thailand Threads when he gets called out for talking out the side of his neck about 40 drinks, Beach Road girls, Maggie Mays and if prostitution is legal in Thailand.
When he does not have a finger of a massage girl up his ass CaliPomPomGuy is a much more reasonable person who has often giving me praise about my reports on the actual conditions from actual perspective of having boots on the ground in Pattaya.
I guess that what happens when a person is dependent upon digital rectal thought control. I suggest CaliPomPomGuy, get that finger out of his ass, takes off his short skirt, put his pom poms down, be a man and file a trip report on his activities in Pattaya. One that is true, not bad internet porn creative writing like his hero ETPhoneHome does.
Took the rock straight to the hoop and dunked right in his mother fucker place. Oh that was nasty!.

Posts: 7970The Pattaya Police Walk Though Found No Evidence of Prostitution!
Ah, which might bring us inevitably to the very showy annual stroll through Pattaya's Walking Street by the Chief of Police where it is grandly announced that they "found no evidence of prostitution here, nothing illegal is going on. ".

But no. Read it again. Pay closer attention to the words they are using and not exactly to the spin on it in the headline. What they are looking for is "evidence" of prostitution going on, which could truly be illegal if it is the kind of "shameless" and "open" banner brandishing, loud verbal and visual antics that could fall within the concept of a "public nuisance" or as they state here "untoward. ".
They are not investigating or interrogating people who have engaged in discrete, private arrangements and negotiations for P4 P or even consenting adult couples or groups on their way to a hotel to engage in P4 P, none of which is cited in any Penal Code or Act that I have yet seen as a crime justifying any penalty.
Sure, they and everyone smile at the charade aspect of it. But the charade aspect of it, what they are looking for and in reality are not finding in those walk throughs is 100% in keeping with what is stated as infractions in the Thai Penal Code and the PROSTITUTION PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION ACT OF 1996; blatantly shameless and open "evidence" of prostitution being offered or requested, behavior even a tourist or casual observer could "spot", not discrete negotiations for P4 P taking place in private.
Video: Large police and army contingent inspect Walking Street - no prostitution found!
https://aseannow.com/topic/1105034-v...itution-found/
Pattaya's finest have once again been unable to find any evidence of prostitution in Thailand's most famous red light district.
Tourists have been advised to phone 191 if they spot anything.
Pattaya Update News posted a video and reported that a large contingent of police and military men joined with Department of Provincial Administration staff in inspecting Walking Street, South Pattaya last night.
The gathering strode manfully down the main drag and even went inside some establishments. Lots of pictures and videos were taken for the record.
The media said on Facebook that the point of the visit was to uncover evidence of prostitution and under age sex in the important tourist area frequented by many visitors.
Nothing untoward of any kind was found and no arrests were reported.
Deputy Chonburi police chief Pol Col Pongphan Wongmaneethet - standing in for the Pattaya police chief - said that if tourists or the public do see anything they can call 191.
Or they can contact the tourist police stationed at the end of the street if they spot anything illegal.
Thaivisa notes that previous exercises of this nature last year also failed to turn up any evidence. It might be concluded that such events are PR exercises, we note.
