I had previously posted here asking for advice on my Delhi trip, but unfortunately, no one responded.

So, I took matters into my own hands and found a contact to spend my time with during the trip.

I was surprised to see that you took all the risk to visit the place that app asked you without even having a look of what is available.

You are lucky till date everyone here got scammed or rob by this fake invite.

The risk I took because, one of my other trusted contact had asked me to come to the same landmark and was around that area only so I decided to go with it. And I can tell you, by visiting the area few times and at good locality, I could easily tell the location. It would be easier for LE to take actions easily. I've reciprocated contact with members I got connected with.

Have been in for some years now, And yes, I've been scammed before and lost money, a painful ordeal, so I always take a lot of precautions and call things off if things doesn't seem right even if I've reached the location. Have always a list of things I take into account. Also, If we won't take risks then we won't get any new contacts and it's always lot of searching to find some. I've read through a lot of posts on the forums, it's almost impossible to not get scammed even with the contacts you get from someone. It's hard to tell what can happen next. It's part of the experience.

Rest, I believe, you'll blow your mind with the doubles service I took with some NI, not that great experience but fun and vfm. Since it's happened long back, did't posted it. LOL, which is why I sometimes ask them if they could offer that. The fresher the experience, the FR seems better.

So luckly I was not using my primary phone and sim.

Since we are 2 guys and both of us require 2 WG how about we don't stay at different rooms just book 1 room for us and at evening will book another room with name of WG1 and WG1 can self checkin to her room. After 5 Minutes she can come to my room and my friend will go to her room. The WG2 for my friend can get in as a visitor to my WG1 room since female is trying to get in other female room it should bother much to hotel reception.

Both room will booked for double occupancy FYI.

Your idea is not foolproof. I don't know which hotel you have selected. But keep this in your mind. If you book room for WG1, the booking process will need ID of guest at time of booking. They can't allow booking without ID. Any entry at reception will require ID. Since WG will arrive after some time, you won't be able to book room before with WG1 ID. Booking means you have to pay money with giving Xerox copy of ID at reception, then only room key is obtained. Because of this doubts will be raised at hotel.

Secondly, if you think the WG1 will come to your room after checking in, please keep in mind that hotels staff know what mongering tactics you have in your mind. All hotels have cctv cameras to keep a watch in all illegal activities. So if you think the WG1 will easily come to your room without the notice of hotel staff, you are wrong. The hotel staff and management will bang the door and trouble you if WG1 changed room. As for WG2, the hotels don't allow visitors to stay full night in any case. So WG2 will face trouble. They won't allow WG2 and your friend in a another room. All your activities will be caught in camera and you will be thrown out of hotel.

In Paharganj, I have had issues with hotel where I have paid money and hotels kicked me out for bringing in girl. So your plan is not good. Either you book multiple hotels or book separate double occupancy rooms on different days.
