It is safe. Stay away from touts. Pay the guy at the counter and make sure you recover that in drinks.

Once you're inside (go early, by 7 ish if you want relaxed fun, go late of you want loads of boobies in your face), look for the girl you want, don't expect to get laid, you will get a hand job at best.
