Posts: 305PrEP is 99% effective against HIV transmission but only perhaps 30% against herpes. Once you have herpes you have it for life.

A Chlamydia infection can be without symptoms in a man and once passed onto an unwitting spouse / girlfriend can render them infertile.
I think there is an ISG forum rule about not lecturing or judging with regards to BB sex, so I won't do that but felt I should point out the risks as I am qualified to do so.
Everytime I read about BB sex being offered (seems to be prevalent in spas?) it sends a shiver down my spine and puts me off mongering in India.
Think with your brain brothers!

Posts: 235Bareback- collateral damage of the hobby! (Khatron ke khiladi)
All indies, SP girls and MP girls definitely partake in BB. Some will openly offer it, some would not stop you if you proceed without protection.

Those who partake in it, I have no issues with it but the compensation of it with time, energy and stress is not worth if you end up getting STD.
Some guys go to the extend of getting on PReP, thereby reducing the chance of getting STD by 90%.
Stay safe. Get regularly tested, go with your gut feeling. Carry your own protection, an extra layer would be CBJ. VApologies for my yapping.

My friend. When I read these kind of reports of bareback sex; I immediately speak to my 2 Doctor friends. One is in AIIMS and 2nd one in Apollo. They are my bum chum buddies and know about my lifestyle. Both of them have strictly advised me not to indulge. Plus, one time if you are infected with a serious infection; you're fucked for life. It's not only aids many other STD's. I must have fucked 200 women with out condom before 2017; name it man and I have done it. Spa, Russians, Irani in Dubai, Thai's in Thailand, Singapore etc etc but mine was a phycological issue. Even now, I went to Jakarta twice over a period of 21 days and had umpteen opportunities to fuck without condom but no way. Refrain, my friend simply refrain. I am speaking with having done it all. Trust me. Rest is your choice.
I have read the other punter's advice also to you. I would still say refrain untill unless both parteners are 100% clean. This hobby is a vice and a beeiiiicccchhhh. I had one long term sugar babe and still am on the verge of finalizing one 23 year old but no, I would not advise anyone although I read it as very common occurrence in other parts of the world happening. This advice is for all. Take it or leave or simply ignore my FR.
Best.
Regards.

Bareback sex is common, it's not something new. People do it. Some even pay extra amount to girls to do. The reason is simple. It's extremely pleasure giving experience. Mostly it's common with people who are single and not having any partner like wife or GF.

How safe are girls? Well if you are talking about the girls which are discussed in forum like indies, sp girls or spa girls, they are not safe. They should be avoided at all cost.
Then the question is who are safe? Well it's only those who are not discussed in forum and remain off radar from ISG mongers. They are the ones who do it once in year because they are extremely busy with their lives. Yeah if you can manage to find that exclusive hidden gem, you can think of that. I can guarantee you won't find that girl in ISG. I have found a similar gem, will plan to meet her in future someday.
But at the end of the day, bareback sex is common nowadays for people who can find these exclusive hidden gem like girls with whom you can discuss not just sex but everything else under the sky. Only caution is not to fall in love or become too attached.

What's with so many reports on bareback? Is it so common? How safe are girls who do it, should we be ok to meet them for covered sex?

Posts: 120I have always wanted to take my own towel, but then I would need a carry bag or back pack to keep it in, right? I like to enter a spa empty handed, so I instead keep a fresh hanky or two in my pant pocket, which I use to dry myself after washing up, post deed. Please let me know how you carry all the above items into a spa? Would like to get some ideas for future reference. TIA.

Don't go for any test on your own, not even with any labs. Not all tests are worth it. Seek above category doctor and go ahead with their advice.

So a few months back, I had a one night stand with a girl Whom I picked up at the club, and we had bare sex Without any protection. And now from that day, the smell of her vagina is on my penis. It's just that the smell was not so strong at the start, but now it has been gradually increasing and decreasing, but it is consistent. I don't know what to do ahead. Can anyone please suggest me what should I do like the test and the type of doctors or anything else that should I follow with? The smell is very bent, kind of something rotten. I guess, please help me out.

Thanks for the responses, so condom is most important I believe. But there also some pills etc that you people take before or after to ensure extra protection?

Carry a Spa KIT like the Thai girls do.
Rubber and Lube will be good to have, but what you should have for hygiene and safety are.
1) A Bar of Ketoconazole Soap. This will prevent fungal infections. Fungal infections will come from the sheets, the bed, the floor, the damp towel, from the body of the WG etc. The soap will help to some extent.
2) Always carry a disposable Towel. Amazon has ton. Make sure it is the larger one. Most of them are hand towel size. I also carry two Decathlon towels all the time. They have these real small towels. The M size is sufficient to dry oneself. The L size is also small enough. You don't want to use a towel which has wiped hundred different types of CUM and maybe ring worm infested mongers,. And thrown on the damp filthy floor where WGs who don't know how to give a proper BJ would spit.
3) A medicated Mouthwash like a Chlorhexidine based one.
What else do you carry if at all you carry a kit?

For other STDs, well, that is a risk we all take. But you could get them from B2 b as well.

Whenever I try out a new spa, here's my approach:

I typically request a Northeast therapist, as they often provide better massages and are more open to additional services.
2. **Hygiene: I always carry my own towel to maintain hygiene, avoiding the spa's towels since it's uncertain how many clients have used them. I also bring extra soap to clean up afterward and use Listerine to freshen up before and after any intimate activities.
3. **Extras: During the first session, I don't directly ask for extras; I wait for the therapist to bring it up, which usually happens 20-30 minutes in. At that point, I avoid going for FS right away. Instead, I negotiate for services like HJ or B2 B massage to test her skills and how accommodating she is. This is the time where I see whether she has an visible signs of an STD or STI and check her body areas. Ultimately I end by building a new rapport by indicating that I plan to be a regular customer.
4. **Protection: I always carry my own protection and never rely on what's offered at the spa. Even for oral services, I use protection to minimize the risk of infections or diseases.
5. **Future visits: After the first session, I assess whether I liked the experience. If I didn't, I move on to another therapist or spa. If I did, I return after a week and may opt for full service.
I hope this helps to everyone on the forum.
Stay safe & Stay cold!

So I figured out my dosing.
Apparently, 5 MG per day makes me a teenager all over again.
Morning wood, any time wood and what not. I mean I was caressing the steering wheel of my car and had a hard on.
SO I have been having a session every day.
And I get a good hard on each day. Sometimes I have a premature Ej but mostly I am fine.
My headache is also minor now, so I know what I will do in my next thailand visit.
What I am afraid now is I don't want to stop LOL.
And I am not sure how many pills will kickstart me. As of writing this, I haven't taken one today.
But Yesterday I had a session with a very regular girl at Azalea and still had a great session and when I came out I met Deeksha and now I want to fuck her again. I like her looks but damn, last time I had her she didn't wash off properly let alone shower and it has turned me off totally. But the tadalafil so strong I had a hard on when I saw her yesterday LOL.
Anyway I got work today so I guess I will stop the tadalafil marathon for a few days hehehe.

How many girls that you have met gave you a chance to inspect all of her said parts?
Bro, it is rarely possible to inspect even one part properly, forget the collection that you have mentioned. Even then, how are you going to inspect her vagina and ass? And do every STD out there has a visible sign?
If you are into mongering, most likely, you will catch these two: HPV and HSV. There is no way out, except if you have not mongered even once and take anti-HPV vaccine. Han, if you cover yourself with raincoat (The actual raincoat from head to toe) during any act, then you are safe! Well, for the most part, these 2 STDs are harmless. Detail you can refer this: https://markmanson.net/std-guide.
The only rule is to avoid any girl who goes bare, inspect as far as possible, use condom ALWAYS, and in case of any break (you will come to know), take the Antiviral pill religiously for 30 days (No Questions asked). Agreed: The only person whose pussy you should be filling with your sperm is your wife / significant others. Also, I would like to add, ass fuck to only these 2.
I know the anxious feeling. Been there myself. But, in reality, there is no safety in the world anywhere. Cheers 🥂.
