When they stay outside while the customers are inside they're not sending a good message for the customers to come and pick them up.

Why don't they stay inside instead and at least pretend they are here to be picked up, or even better, try to communicate with the guys? They are deliberately making things complicated for the customers and then come and complain to you.

I have seen people come into a bar, scan for ladies, see zero in the bar, and walk out, passing by a dozen ladies outside.

Maybe because once they are in the club they realize all (or almost all) the women working in the club are looking like shit so the customers are not interrested in wasting time or money on them.
