Anyone else wondering why Oakie's last seven posts were in the Rants Thread in the Thailand Country forum. Here is a clue, all seven posts were responding my one of my posts in Thailand. I place Oakie has never visited nor plans to visit. His favorite Dominican prostitute (common law wife) must not be keeping him busy with threesomes these days.

There is an idiot troll posting from the Dominican Republic whose last seven posts are in Thailand. Focused on me in an unhealthy obsession. People asking questions about the Dominican Republic and he lives there. Anyone else wonder why he has nothing to say about the country he lives in? Please review his posting history as he suggests. However, somewhere in virtually every news report posted to purportedly "prove" the act of prostitution between consenting adults is a crime and illegal in Thailand, the police will be quoted alluding to any number of tangential issues or qualifiers that nobody refutes is specifically cited in The Thai Penal Code or The Prostitution Prevention and Supression Act as a crime punishable by a fine and / or prison time.

"Loitering", "showed signs of prostitution", "advertised for illicit services", "visa violations", etc etc etc.

And through it all there is not one mention of either a prostitute or a customer being arrested specifically For Prostitution.

Yet, the "trust us, prostitution is a crime / illegal" side will read those very tangential issue and qualifier words, see that the critical words are nowhere to be found and still swear the report "proves" that prostitution is a crime / illegal in Thailand. Wow.

Hell, we even had one posted news report describing the prostitutes being rounded up to collect their identification information in case they DID commit a crime sometime in the future and it was still taken as "proof" that they were arrested for the "crime" of prostitution. LOL.

Still, the media is clearly complicit in furthering the misconception by their frequent and totally unsubstantiated assertion that, "Technically, prostitution is illegal in Thailand but blah blah blah. "

Well, no it isn't. Not according to any enforcable Thai law Title or Section I have seen. Nor as applied to any arrest of anyone, prostitute or customer, in Thailand over the past decade plus. Either that word "tecnicially" is fed to them by a nearby cop or the media is just too lazy to look into it and merely repeats what previous media reports said or maybe that word has been contractually agreed to and required by the authorities whose mission is to give the world the false impression that prostitution is a crime / illegal in Thailand.

But the reason all those tangential issues and qualifiers show up in the reports is precisely because "technically" there is no specific law against consenting adults exchanging sex for money in Thailand without one or more of those tangential issues or qualifiers present.

A little history.

I was in Pattaya during the big lockdown, when the bars were closed. Most ladies went back to Isaan, but some bars kept their upstairs rooms open, and some ladies decided to stick it out in Pattaya, hoping the bars would re-open quickly. They didn't. So, the ladies spent their days in the room, very few shops were open, and there was nothing to do.

What was worse, once the ladies ran out of money, their Thai men disappeared. First, the money boys went home, and then the boyfriends disappeared, with just a few exceptions.

At this point, I was getting dozens of messages from ladies who needed money and wanted to come to my condo. Since I couldn't go anywhere, I decided to take one for the team, and invited ladies over. In shifts. So, it was 2 at 11 am, 2 at 4 pm, and one for the night. My rule was no fucking, since once I went down that road, I would die for sure. I would just fuck one lady, once in a while.

What was different was the ladies were really horny, since they didn't see men. Once they were drunk, they went out of control. I told them I wouldn't fuck, but they didn't believe me. And if there were multiple ladies, one would distract me while the other tried to climb onto my dick, that was an ongoing problem, since I was horny, I was just trying to control myself. I literally had to push ladies off my dick.

By nighttime, my drinking would catch up to me, and occasionally I would pass out. Whenever you're in Thailand, if you ever find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney, be sure to get one who didn't get his law education from website news stories and from Thai police colonels. Or from mongers who have been in Thailand a long time. Find one who knows what the Thai penal code is, and understands it.
