I've been coming to Jakarta since it reopened after covid so I'm not a total newbie anymore but I've noticed girls have been pushing for more tips as of late, esp for BBFS.

So you think it is getting out of hand over your time since visiting, all post Covid, then you'd be horrified as to the difference between pre and post Covid.

Even the last couple of years or so before the world discovered the joy of staying home (alone usually) it was starting to ramp up in demands and base pricing. Except for the locals area (which is really all that gets talked about these days). There has been some price inflation there, I think Travel was about 200 k or so mid noughties so it isn't an extreme increase. But there were also really really fun places for 150 k nearby too. And a CJs girl was 600 k. First time I went over 1 juta for a girl overnight was 2011, from BATS. I thought the world had simultaneously caved in and gone mad. She was hot though.

But the silver lining is it seems like stis are also on the rise as of late. It was only a matter of time before it happened anyways, look how many BBFS reports there are on here and classic girls see at least 4 to 8 guys per night, 5 to 6 nights a week.

About 15 years ago, I asked one girl who was a big favourite of mine, if the local guys used condoms. She said "sometimes". Due to her looks, she was bouncing around the cheap places that were in the Lokasari area (where I met her) as well as Malioboro. She didn't like Malioboro - "too much fucking!" That's not true. I never paid 500 k tip for BBFS for any girl in classic most was 300 k and that was only a cpl times most of them would accept 150 k or 200 k.

If you're giving them 500 k just because that's the number some of them throw out then you are part of the problem.

No you shouldn't do that at all. When they come up to you, just say "No" or "Later", even they bring the girls to your table. After few No, they will stop bothering you.

Later if you like a girl, just let her know and let her bring the mamasan to you. So the mamasan can write down your number.

No tips for mamasan, no tips for security guy, no mandatory tips for the girls unless they are good in the room. 50 k tip is very appreciated for the girls in c/ t / ki.

People have been complaining about the mamasans for 20-25 years on this forum. You are not going to change it. You need to learn how to manage it. It's not terribly difficult.

Wandering around the web I found this hotel "GiiA Maluku Hotel". The price seems good as well as the location. 98% of the reviews are positive. Does anyone know it and can give info? For example if it was a problem to bring the girls to the room. Thank's in advance for sugests.

Bros we have to make a stand against the pushiness of the staff at Travel, how about if you ask for a menu they will swear down there's no menu & just ask you what beer you want. Then 15 minutes later they suddenly produce the menu.

I'm not saying we should boycott the place but we are the customers, we shouldn't stand for this nonsense. I was going to suggest as well we can collectively swap notes on the MMS such as their name, their group of girls etc.

You should look around the club again first. The club was made for the local audience. We foreigners are just spectators and whether we come or not the business continues. Look at Japan as it can be with foreigners in such clubs. We should be grateful that we can take part in this.

Try the mamasan named Chacha and see if that's any better. After you enter, keep walking straight, and at the end she will be the one managing the girls on your right hand side. Or ask security be the entrance, before entering the room, to find her for you. I think she only starts working at 5 pm, but she's the only one there I find tolerable, though I guess the feeling has to be at least somewhat mutual for it to be a pleasant expericne.

The mamasans up on the fifth floor seemed better than the one at at T2, though I only went up once, so not sure.

5 minutes is stretching things a bit though. If baby or no baby is the deciding criteria for you, it shouldn't take you five minutes to ask that.

Another major problem is no escape constant loud music and darkness in the club where you can't talk and you can't see. Three times, I had to run away from both T2 and T5.

Malio and Emporium are expensive choices but you don't have to put up with this nonsense. I am planning to take ear buds next time to Classic. I had good hits few times.

The Emporium is an alternative, yes, but at 1.7 million it is a very expensive one. I have been to the Emporium and Club 1001 a few times. It was good, but if I imagine some of the girls from Classic or Travel in the same clothes as in the Emporium and the same atmosphere, then they can definitely keep up. Even if I try 3 and have 2 bad ones, it will still be cheaper and last longer than there. I have never had any problems with Mamas. When I come, I say don't bring me a woman, bring me something to drink. She doesn't like it and she still brings women. I wave her off three times and say drink a lot and then she leaves me alone.
