Charges are 3500 for 2 hours and I am really doubting its a scam.

So when you reach the location this scammer will ask you to pay rest amount online to let you know room no and enter in hotel. You will be blocked after getting amount. Very well known modus operandi to scam mongers going on at many cities. Be aware of advance seekers.
