    Lmfao, you're a raging anti-semite.

What happened the 7th October 2023?

That's what started this war. The Palestinians shouldn't have started this war by committing a genocidal attack and mass rapings against Israelis.

It's important to understand that gaza is full of radical islamistic terrorist groups like hamas and islamic jihad. It's basically no different than isis.

Do you think your lifestyle would be accepted in gaza? Lmfao, they would kill you in 5 seconds and no one would blink an eye or give a second thought about it.

The Christian Palestinians are being treated horribly by the other palestinians.

Ukraine will just be informed of their decisions.
How does this end Blood Red? The west is probably going to keep arming Ukraine in a big way, unless there's a ceasefire that leads to a peace agreement. That means that Russia potentially would need to go medieval to win the war. By that I mean treat Ukraine like Israel treated Gaza. In which case there will be blood. Lots of blood. I don't see Ukraine accepting a ceasefire unless it's able to keep a substantial military; or there's a guarantee by western governments that they'll come to the aid of a neutral Ukraine in the event of an attack; or there are peacekeepers on the ground. And the only nations that appear willing to supply peacekeepers are NATO countries and Australia, which is problematic for the Russians.

Are there any realistic compromises that could end the war without a lot more bloodshed?

Thank you for turning me on to this website Questner. It has some excellent articles. I encourage all BM's to take a look. Regardless of what you believe or whose side you're on, you'll find it interesting.

Also thanks for your insightful reply to my questions. As I told one of the posters here, you're more knowledgeable about the war than any of the media pundits I follow.

I was kind of sad after the Putin / Trump conversation didn't produce much. Now after hearing Blood Red's, Questner's and Riina's thoughts I'm more depressed. I thought there was a good chance this would be over soon. Unfortunately probably not.

Zelensky is fully right not to accept Ukrainians being robbed by shameful robber Trump, when they were already robbed Crimea by Trump friend Putin.

Igor Lipsits is one of the most prominent Russian economists, and he's rarely been wrong. Here is his interview in English for anyone who wants to know how splendidly Russian economy is doing. Yes, really.

Putins economic illusion is crumbling top Russian economist warns of looming collapse

"Putin's economic boom is an illusion, and it's coming to an end. Even before the war, official statistics were questionable, but now they are outright manipulated.

The government is still trying to put on a brave face, but even Putin has started to admit that growth is "slowing." Thats just their way of preparing people for bad news. The reality is that the boom is already over.

For years, Russia poured massive amounts of money, about $180-200 billion per year into the economy, particularly the military-industrial complex. This initially created the appearance of economic growth.

But at the same time, it destroyed civilian industries. Russias economy is now flooded with money, but there arent enough goods to absorb it. Imports are shrinking, and domestic production is failing.

To slow inflation, the government raised deposit interest rates, which temporarily trapped money in bank accounts. But when rates fall, those savings will flood the market all at once, triggering hyperinflation."

"Meanwhile, entire industries are collapsing. The coal industry is the most affected -- virtually the entire sector is unprofitable. In Kuzbass, a region where around 200,000 people rely on coal mining, a social crisis is looming. Many will lose their jobs.

Steel production is also in trouble. Russia lost its export markets, and domestic construction has slowed because the government stopped subsidizing mortgages. Regional budgets, which used to fund infrastructure repairs, are also struggling. Without government purchases, demand for steel pipes and other materials has plummeted.

This crisis is spreading across forestry, aviation, transportation, and logistics. Each month, another industry succumbs to the economic metastases of the war."

"The Rubles strength is an illusion. Everyone knows the ruble is being artificially propped upincluding me. This isnt the result of market forces, but direct government intervention.

Putin and the Finance Ministry are forcing large exporters to sell more foreign currency, which temporarily strengthens the ruble. This helps slow inflation for imported goods.

But exporters are suffering. When they convert their foreign earnings, they get fewer rubles per dollar, yet their domestic costs -- wages, energy, resources -- remain high.

Russian companies are begging Putin to let the ruble weaken to at least 100 rubles per dollar. The government will have to comply eventually, and when they do, inflation will return with full force."

"Russia's budget Is running on empty. Just in the first two months of 2024, the deficit hit a record highdouble the amount projected for the entire year.

Military spending remains massive, while tax revenue is falling. The government raised the corporate profit tax from 20% to 25%, expecting higher revenue. But with so many industries now operating at a loss, theres nothing to tax.

The Finance Ministry admitted that in 2023, they collected 500 billion rubles ($5.5 billion) less than expected in profit taxes. Oil and gas revenues are also disappointing.

To plug the gap, the government is draining its emergency reserves. The National Wealth Fund has shrunk from over 8 trillion rubles ($88 billion) at the start of the war to just 34 trillion rubles ($3344 billion) today.

If they used it to cover the deficit, it would be gone in one year.

The Kremlin is now borrowing heavily, but that creates another problem -- rising debt and higher interest payments. Nearly 10% of Russias budget is now spent just on servicing existing debt.

Russia Is running out of options. Soon, the Kremlin wont be able to hide the truth: Russias economy isnt just slowing down; it's on the verge of collapse."

This UK report underestimates the realities.

They calculate death rates as if it was a regular war, at 1:3 / 1:4 dead to wounded.

But this is not a regular war. Wounded Orcs don't often get delivered from the death fields. If they can't crawl back to safety, they're goners more often than not.

Then there are MIAs who no one seems to include in any counts. There were over 50,000 MIA for January 2025. Obviously the vast majority of those are gone.

And then there is another huge group of invisibles -- the fodder meat from Crimea, DNR and LNR. Considering that there are practically no military-age men left (especially in the 3-letter "republics") that's probably another 100,000 or very close.

Contrary to the famous adage, the numbers can lie. The UK's estimate is a wishful thinking.

The UK's Ministry of Defence estimates 200,000 to 250,000 Russian troops have been killed since the war began in February 2022.

That is the largest death toll of Kremlin forces since Germany's invasion of Russia in 1941.

The MoD added: 'President Putin and the Russian military leadership highly likely prioritise their conflict objectives over the lives of Russian soldiers.'

The UK research also showed Russia has incurred an estimated 900,000 casualties, most recruited from impoverished regions and ethnic minorities.

Only way to stop this war is to isolate more Russia, to really block their economics and values, to make them broke, for no more money for war. Unfortunately, stupid Trump gives hopes to Putin to make new business, when Russian economics now is not far from falling, when more and more difficult to pay. But robber Trump prefer to fuck Ukrainians. Can t trust him, nor Putin of course.

Now that this part of your misapprehension sorted, let me explain a thing or two about cooking facilities, since you appear to be confused with them as well.

I have no issues with kitchens. I don't mind kitchens. It's normal when temps rise in a kitchen. Not every kitchen, of course, I guess, sushi chefs don't need all that heat, do they?

But here is the kicker: whatever you cook in the kitchen, should belong in that particular kitchen, otherwise why do we even need all these forums and threads and shit.

Are you with me so far?

Let's move on. The kitchen called "Stupid shit in Ukraine" has nothing to do with the state of Israel, Gaza Strip or the Middle East in general.

Furthermore, anti-Semites, Russian propacondoms and Trump's cult members are using this kitchen inappropriately to dilute and poison the equipment dedicated to the heroic Ukrainian fight against Putin onslaught, which is nowadays wickedly supported by Trump and his allies.

The reason I'm asking the Mods to create a new kitchen is to make sure that whenever any anti-Semites, Trump cultists and Russian propacondoms feel the need to bash Jews and Israel, they were able to do so IN A FACILITY THAT WOULD BE BEST SUITED FOR THAT PARTICULAR AFFLICTION. Whether the Mods will be willing to do so or not I have no idea, but to me that would be the most logical solution.

You know logical, Elvis? Look it up.

Hopefully this won't fall on deaf ears.

There are some topics that usually can't be intelligently discussed. That's why for example this forum is not about gay stuff as the subject can't be discussed in civilized matter.

The tragic events in the Middle East in the past and at present in my view is another example of such topic. And if it's discussed it should be done in a different thread and with proper moderation.

How does the Russian press view the recent call between Putin and Trump? Is this being viewed as possibly the beginning of the end of the war? Or is the press rather emphasizing the rapprochement in Russian / United States relations?

Is Russia indeed not willing to agree to a comprehensive temporary ceasefire unless western military aid and intelligence sharing is stopped? Or is that just the starting Russian position for purposes of negotiation?

Ultimately do you believe Russia will accept either an Ukraine thats not neutral, or alternately a neutral Ukraine with western security guarantees?

Do you believe it's more likely the war ends in 2025, or drags on for years longer?

    Thanks.
Like in the Bible, everything is truth, but not all the truth. You have to be an intelligent reader to follow any press including Russian as it caters to different audience.

The Russian press is highly choreographed with official statements. The recent call was audio only and the longest in history for 2 hours and 28 minutes. Most of it is dark matter, that is topics that were not for the press. Diplomacy like money likes privacy. The end of the war as for now is far away. As we like to say, the caravan moves on while dogs are barking. There is a confusion sometimes between the US / Russia dialogue and the war in Ukraine. Clearly the first is more important and the war is just an offspring of the long term deterioration. Obviously, the relationship between the US and the RF is a broader topic, more technical and opaque so we see fewer guests and journalists talk about it.

30 days ceasefire may come to fruition and the technical talks in Jidda will resume on the 23rd of March. We need the Ukrainian mobilization to stop as it will be much easier to mobilize during the ceasefire because of lesser perception risk and higher wages all bankrolled by the West. I expect the period to cover the Orthodox Easter into first 2 weeks of May. Military aid should stop. Sharing of intelligence has never stopped, don't be gullible.

We need a neutral non-nuclear Ukraine with all issues permanently resolved and all hostilities ended. I would prefer Russian guarantees only as we have now with Belarus.

You can also see how top to bottom approach may work and draw a plan on a napkin. When you will draw it visually you will see that Ukraine has to call the elections and amend its constitution.
