I am from Nepal, let me tell you there isn't really anything good here I'm actually planning to go to Delhi for this reason LOL.

There are a few girls on MR rest are scams (make sure to use true caller), and no one gives exceptional service, also no one on there give massage. Prices are usually 9 k-15 k npr, so expensive too.

You can get street girls in Thamel (take a left at the intersection after garden of dreams when going towards Thamel) at night after 9:00 9:30 PM, they are ok but again nothing great. They usually agree for 6 k-8 k. If you go for this option be careful some of them are crazy.

Spas are pretty shit wouldn't recommend, at most you can get a HJ for 3-5 k Npr. I get FS at the place I go because I'm a regular and have a good rapport with few of the masseuse.

4 possibilities in sap.
1) pay first, then they show lineup.
2) no selection allowed just pay they send a random therapist.
3) if you are regular they may show the lineup and ask you to pay.
4) if you are regular and know a therapist take appointment and visit.

Reason they ask to pay first is if you don't like a girl you may walk away, so they want to make you as a paid customer first then show lineup. So better to ask in reception do they refund money if you don't like the lineup. (mostly they don't and ask to choose some one).

Cheap spa. They quote 1200. Generally agree to 1000. Quality of staff is very average. I have actually forgotten names. Bad massage. Bad service.

Liked the quality of rooms. Very professional. Generally massage is very good. They have both NI and NE. I likes Miss P and Miss A.
