It sounds like the profit margins are kinda thin. But it does seem like a solid way to make a living, and be able to live in Thailand permanent, while providing great work opportunities for girls from Issan.

I don't really care what town he's in, I'm assuming somewhere in Pattaya or Phuket, the point is that he's got a small hole in the wall dive bar type deal going on and seems to be doing ok. If he's American, it makes sense. But if he's Canadian, it makes ZERO sense, especially since Canada is such a great country with free healthcare, but to each his own I guess.

By Lucifers taint! I have to post this, I saw it and the first thing I thought of was Thai working girls. Cause they don't b***h and moan about the state of their lives. Or how they got into the business. Thai working girls for the most part all seem to be put together well, not that traumatized, never into drugs, etc. But look at these chicks in German land. Why is that? I think it's because it's obvious isn't it? Thailand is as close to perfect as a country can get, maybe even up there with the likes of a Switzerland or Singapore. Except way cheaper. With excellent free healthcare and free education for all, great weather, and great cheap food, one earthquake every century or so, what's not to like? Plenty of opportunities and work for everyone.
