Jakarta in a simple post. And it will stay that way due to point number 4. Not much to do, more like f'all else to do unless you play golf. Only people traveling there are business people (which was my initial introduction), punters, and people transiting to somewhere else. And once it gets its hooks into you. Only wish I had found the place in my mid-20's when I first arrived in Asia and not early 40's. But internet didn't exist then, it was all word of mouth, and the buggers that knew about it, kept it to themselves. Everybody talked of Thailand and the Philippines, not a mention about Indonesia. Ah well, at least I got to experience it when it was still a lot of fun.

What about the huge resort complex at Ancol?

I've already been there with my girlfriend to Dunia Fantasia (Indonesia's Six Flags) and just this last Sunday we went to the water park called Atlantis. I had an absolute blast riding all the waterslides, my favorite was the skybox waterslide where the floor drops out from under you and you free fall into the waterslide tube. We were literally there all day until it closed.

Next we are going back there to check out the SeaWorld Aquarium.

So how is there nothing to do?

Long time silent lurker on this forum. Have visited twice now, I may point out the below which I have found useful or rather noticed about Jakarta.

1. way different from other South East nations like Philly and Thai, it's a Paradise, thank god.

2. Fraction of girls better than those of boys which is a sight in itself (for me atleast).

3. They are open minded liberal, easy to talk to. Most girls have no attitude, this makes them a possible pick up target.

4. As a city not much to do, even neighboring burrows not interesting, dirty populated smoky and less developed. Walking is tough.

5. As you go southwards things get better cleaner and more posh.

6. Smaller bars are really noteworthy, music is good.

7. Classic Travel 1001 emporium Kota inda kelpa gading CJs Bats and many more are some of the most interesting options.

8. Spa's are doable.

9. Fewer scams & LB's make it more attractive.

10. Great scope in online talent.

11. Poor connectivity, hope it stays this way.

12. Food is delicious, some street restaurants are to die for.

13. One doesn't need a local to enjoy.

14. Girls are horny and enjoy it more than men, yes I have been with a few, they are called keepers.

15. Less greedy don't mind the odd experiment and no Tabboo.

And even so when he says "you guys who can't get what you want in Phills or Thailand anymore. " I resemble that remark. I also resemble what Gabacho said about being almost 60, overweight, need ED pills. But I do dress clean and sharp.

Well said Gabacho. I'm 100% Bareback, I will head back soon to Jakarta from Chile and test drive a few from Classic and see how I go. I might be upfront with those witches with the laser pointers to bring only willing Bareback or Anal participants. I find in Bali at Angel salon its virtually 100% Bareback and with the highend ladies use it as a money making tool to charge more or get a tip.

For what it's worth in my one trip (albeit 2 months long) that I had to Thailand last year, I found that BBFS was readily available through the Thai Friendly app particularly in Pattaya. Virtually every girl I pulled from TF did it. I met my good friend SubCmdr in person while I was there and over drinks at some place he called the bus bar and he too has similar experience using TF, so I think you can still find what you want in Thailand you just have to look in the right places. Of course Thailand is more expensive than Jakarta but it does have a certain charm about it. I felt like Pattaya was a beach town where everyday felt like vacation whereas Jakarta feels more like a real city with regular people and less tourists.

A post about BBFS imploring others to not make posts about BBFS?

Going back many pages, this started when there were several posts claiming that BBFS was virtually assured by offering a 100 to 200 k tip in certain venues. Then another group of posts came stating that BBFS was not granted in these venues. And at least one poster claimed that they were forced to take a CBJ, much less hitting the holy grail raw. The BBFS virtually assured group then advised that you need to suss out the girl for her BBFS vibe beforehand or that you need to use Don Juan skills in the room to make it happen more reliably. Most recently a poster claimed they elected to bag up in Classic because they didn't want to meet the initial high tip demand, but then got BBFS after fortunate negotiating mid action. Okay, that is reality.

Thanks to the many posters who shared, my takeaway from all the back and forth was simple. In no way is BBFS assured in these well known well trodden public meat markets like Classic and Travel, and even a tip may not make it happen. No certainty. To minimize this, I gently suggested discreetly to negotiate that point up front with the girl IF it is terribly important. Some may think that is the wrong approach and I concur with the potential downsides. To each his own how they get what they want. When I come to Indonesia, there is no uncertainty on this point whatsoever, ever. Enjoy Jakarta, AR.

a tourist getting angry because the locals don't understand his, undoubtedly poorly translated, google translate phrases?

There was a time before Google became a crutch for every function of life. Most mongers who couldn't speak local language relied on a simple skill of using gestures and pantomimes to communicate without having to speak in local language. Kiss, blow job and fuck are some of the easiest tasks to get across to a provider via gesture. Best not to depend on tech and always have a manual backup.

That being said, having a communication aid like Translate can be very handy when asking for something out of the ordinary. For instance, when my first time preggy pimpette brought her sweetie neighborhood friend, I couldn't resist getting them together. In sync in ID. Enjoy Jakarta, AR.

I also find the music too loud these days even if the beat per se is catching. In the old days I would get high asap and find a spot on the dance floor where the music was not too hard on the eardrums. Such a spot could be found in large discos like Stadium and Millenium.

The way around these nuisances these days is to arrive early. Classic for instance has a decent line-up at 2 pm on most days, and the smoke and loud music only start for good around 4 pm if I'm not wrong.

The lack of a 100% full line-up when coming early is more than offset by two things as far as I'm concerned: 1) less smoke and loud music 2) less men and I being the girl's first client of the day.

I'm not squeamish but going with a girl who's been fucked bareback by 5 geezers already is a turn-off.

Indeed. I also prefer to be the first geezer of the day.

It's kind of puzzling as a long term Jakarta resident listening to this latest cohort of global roosters and their preoccupation with BBFS. Half of you are here because you can't get what you used to be able to get in Thailand and Phils anymore. Yet you all seem to be hell bent on sending Jakarta down the same path by blabbing constantly about it for all the world to know about. Then in the next post you are bitching and moaning about not being able to get it at places like Travel anymore. ? Wouldn't a little common sense suggest it might be something you manage discreetly so as to preserve the future enjoyment of all of us?
