Have visited this spa few weeks back. Counter charges are 1 k. They ask at the counter itself for the extra but I prefer to give to the girl directly to get better service. Against the good advice on the forum, I went to the Sydney club on a weekend at around 10 PM. The place is pretty small and was jam packed.

I will be going to Delhi for the first time and was hoping someone here could let me know whether Mahipalpur or Paharganj would be the better option for mongering. I will have to pick one of these two but can't seem to make up my mind.

I would prefer it more if the hotel guys themselves are able to hook me up with someone as I find that a lot safer, so please do recommend me some hotels which are known to provide these services in these areas. I am also open to other options available in these areas. My budget for mongering is around 5-7 k.

Both have similar experience to offer, but in my experience Paharganj is easy to navigate and negotiate. Stay in any hotel and ask lift boy or any attendant for service and he should arrange it for you either in the same hotel or if the hotel don't allow it, he will surely take you to next building hotel. Negotiate for 7-8 k night /3 shot. You can change bird between these rounds if not liking service.
