Hi this happened to me too. First don't get too stressed and think about worst case scenarios. Visit a good STD specialist and tell the problem, they may start you on PEP treatment.

So, I went to safdarjung in emergency and told them my situation and that I needed PEP as I was worried about HIV, they said it gets done in OPD which is open for like 2 hours everyday. So I couldn't even get that done. Tonight, it will be one day since the incident. Can't find any doctors or hospitals that provide PEP. I'm a newbie here so I don't have the PM service yet but please, if anyone could help. Or suggest something.

Main concern is HIV. Mostly everything else is manageable.

If you want to, you can start with HIV PEP (read about it). Medicine's name is Cipla Viraday. Take once a day at the same time, pref on empty stomach for a month. Some people report severe side effects. Personally, I took it once and had very minor and tolerable side effects.

Some people also take doxycyclin for preventing bacterial infections. Although it is still in research.

Few months back I had first half of the day spare, so I spent almost half a day beginning from when the mall opens till lunch time. Gauged each and every staff there.
