As someone who's frequenting spas for close to 8-9 years, here's a comprehensive guide:

1. I usually don't go just for extras, I enjoy a nice massage too. I have chronic upper back pain. So I try to find a place which offers great massage. So if therapist has GPS or if they are ugly or aunty types, I usually just refuse extras and am still satisfied because I got a good massage.

2. Never go for obvious extras places, they'll never do a good massage and your counter money is just wasted. Rather spend a little extra counter amount and get a good massage, if extras is available at a good rate and if therapist is hot, I opt for it otherwise I'll refuse. I'd rather jerk off in the shower and save money.

3. To find good massage places, go on google maps and look for reviews from female users. They'll usually have an honest review for massage (girls don't go for extras). Sometimes the review will be very obviously by a therapist in the spa, they'll usually have NE names. Ignore these reviews.

4. Never pay for extras at the counter. Although rare, some cheap places will offer extras at the counter and ask you to pay right then and there. I hate to admit, I've fallen for it before and ended up paying 5 k at the counter for extras in addition to 1. 5 k counter charges. Receptionist told me they have beautiful therapists and I fell for it and ended up paying way too much. In comes a really fat therapist, like really fat. She massaged for 10 minutes and started extras and naturally I just wasn't turned on enough. I told her to stop and I just left.

5. Cut your losses if you end up paying for bad / incomplete service. Don't ask for refund. Too many times I've paid for 1 HR massage, and therapist did 15 min massage with 10 min extras. It feels like you got cheated, but don't argue, don't ask for refund. Cut your losses and learn the lesson and just leave. It's not worth it to argue with these people.

6. I take off my shirt and stand there pretending to use my phone until I hear a knock. I'll tell them to come in and then change in front of them. Sometimes therapist will go outside when they see I've not yet changed, sometimes they'll stay and watch you change. I'm an exhibitionist so I like it.

7. Be presentable, clean, shaven and hygienic. Trim your beard, dye your hair. Smell good. Have shower before going. Eat gum, or do mouth wash to mask bad breath. Everyone likes hygienic people.

11. Go during weekday, if the day is slow and doesn't have many customers, you'll get better therapists and better rates.

12. Negotiate counter rates over the phone, you'll usually get some discount, especially during weekdays.

13. Use nearbuy to find good offers, then call and ask if you can pay the same amount as nearbuy.

14. Carry your own good quality (durex) c0 nd0 ms if you plan to have FS. I never do FS in spas, so I don't carry.

15. If you're repeating a therapist, carry a nice chocolate (I usually go with dairy milk silk almond), it costs nothing and will make your therapist very happy. You'll get better massage and extras.

16. DO NOT GO TO CHEAP PLACES. There are way too many risks, it's just not worth it. Go for quality over quantity. Instead of going to 2 cheap places, go to one good place. Risks can include (but not limited to):

* Goons.

* Spy cams.

* Issue with cops.

* Risk of STD / fungal infection / skin infections due to dirty sheets / towels, unhygienic therapists, poor quality oil.

19. Make a password locked spreadsheet and create your own review system for places you've visited, amount you paid for extras etc. Will help you when you're desperate and want to repeat an old therapist.

20. If you like a spa and are going regularly, get their membership if they have one, you'll end up saving 20-30% on counter rates.

**Privacy tips:

1. DO NOT PAY WITH UPI / CARD at the counter or therapist. Protect your privacy. Once you pay with UPI that record is forever in your bank account and statements. They also get your real name. Go to ATM and withdraw money. Protect yourself from your spouse / family / cops / future troubles.

2. Use another sim card if you can, doesn't help you with cops, but will help you in case spa decides to call / message you for some offers etc. Keep your second sim off, switch it on only when you want to call spas for appointments.
