Posts: 1434It probably depends on which side of the street your room is facing and which building your room is located in (there are two distinct buildings for the Night Hotel).

Then I stayed at their second building (Gold room) a week later, I think it was better in this aspect, but I felt like the difference of price between a Bronze room and a Gold one was not worth it (plus when you're staying in the second building, you've got to come to the first one for the breakfast, good breakfast by the way) .

Posts: 25Damn that place was super popular while I was there but being on the main road I can see it being super busy and noisy. I noticed lots a FL and LB right outside the hotels scoping their next client that left the hotel. I prefer little less in the middle of things short walk down soi 15 and the chill vibes the only thing with Night hotel the exterior sound proofing was great the interior not so great as nightly heard some guys putting in the work with their visitor.

Posts: 2659If this hotel is quiet then it must have damn good soundproof windows. I have stayed at the Samala Hotel, which is only a little bit further down Soi 15, and the noise of the motorbikes and tuktuks drving by almost all night long was driving me crazy.

Posts: 25I just got back from Bangkok and right down the road less then 2 minutes is Night hotel excellent service, Girl friendly (not limited to just 1 girls at a time) girls just leave their ID at the front desk and sign to get it back when they leave. Staff is on point room was always clean and 2 free bottles of water everyday and fresh towels daily. Location is perfect walking distance to everything yet still quiet to get some good sleep. I will return and I recommend it plus they also offer free tuktuk rides to terminal 21 mall if you don't feel like walking.

I stay at the Four Points Sheraton Ploen Chit. The one on Sukhumvit 15 is different. I don't bring ladies to my room, so I don't know about girl friendly or not. You are in a very busy area with bars and massage parlors very close, walking distance. The accommodation and breakfast buffet at Four Points Ploen Chit are outstanding, so I return every year. I suspect the level of service is the same.

Four Points Sheraton on Sukhumvit 15.
I am going to Bangkok and thinking of staying here. It appears that it is fairly new. Has anyone stayed here? Girl friendly?

Posts: 6I was in The Fusion Suites near Terminal 21. It has 100 mbps solid connection. I did work for a day during my trip without any interruptions.

Near Terminal 21, Sukhumvit MRT.
Girlfriend friendly. I don't think they check the girl ID. I did not even go down to receive them. They came directly to my room.
Decent Internet. 100 mbps.
Water pressure not that great.
Not on the main road but walkable distance to Terminal21 / Soi Cowboy. Hence less noise from Tuk tuks.
4 days: $175 . Premier Room. Breakfast extra. I never wake up by that time hence I skip it.

Posts: 158Joint mongering on 5-6 July
Hey fellas,
I will arrive to Bkk on 5th and free till 6th evening. I booked in Nana Hotel on soi 4, is there anyone want to join for some group mongering. I'm not a solo traveller guy. Unfortunately, alone on this trip.
Please help me to create best plan to utilise this time. I'm in Bangkok till 9 but staying in a star property afterwards for official work.
Sunny.

Posts: 2202I have also experienced that my phone network service is more steady than my hotel WiFi/Internet service, I have used AIS for about 3 years and used DTAC before that. But I have had more "unsteady" WiFi/Internet service issues from hotels that use True for their internet service.

Posts: 2659Wifi in the hotels in Bangkok, or elsewhere in Thailand, is often not so steady and reliable, in my experience. Or it's not allowed to connect to a VPN (don't know if you need that).

My advise is to buy a SIM card with unlimited data, and either use USB-tethering or Bluetooth-tethering to share the internet connection of your phone with your laptop.
In my experience the phone network is steadier than the wifi in hotels. I can recommend True. Works best for me anyway. https://www.true.th/en/.
Nevertheless you will still have disruptions every now and then.
