Posts: 3442I believe the father owned and ran the one on Soi 7, prior to his death. When that happened the son from the Phili came to run it for a while, I remember one evening there were problems the long time cook, got pissed and left. I got all the rumor details from a long time waitress working there.

The waitress said the rent was like 250,000 be a month the key money was like 1-2 million baht. I thought that is a lot of F tacos one got to sell!
I believe it was sold to a Thai American family because they son in particularly spoke really good English remember something they were from Texas or something! As noted the location was a death sentence Covid put it to bed sadly.

Posts: 18757I ate at the original Tequila Reef here in the Philippines yesterday. I had a taco salad. Seems they pour vegetable soup on top of their taco salads. I had never had one with green beans, potatoes, and cubed carrots before.

Is October a good time to visit pattaya for action? Is it the end of the rainy season and can we expect many more girls walking the streets? Please advise. If Oct. Is not the right time I can come in Nov too.

Posts: 3812Excellent post. Sadly most TB in Thailand and Philippines are undiagnosed and untreated resulting into a severe illness. I have lost a good friend due to undiagnosed TB until it was too late. Get tested often.

Really not much of a "conversation" LOL.

I posted this in the Cartagena forum about local prices from a Colombian review board. For reference, 4000 COP = $1. Based on recent posts girls are asking and getting 500 K COP for gringo prices. If you want to get local Thai prices, next life be reincarnated as a Thai.

Posts: 5459I used to hit the beer bars on Soi 7, and take a break in the late afternoon for a meal at Tequila Reef. The food was great, looked like Mexican food, tasted like something else.

Posts: 3442Mexican food is tough to come by here but like most things depends on what one grew up eating? Mike is good, I in the past though Tequila Reef Soi 7, was good, my first Taco was at Taco Bell, although I've been to lots of good home cooking Mexican places back home here in Pattaya, I still hit Taco Bell once a month.

Not understanding. Nothing means you actually understood everything. If you understood nothing, that means you didn't understand but with the negative of that it means you understood everything.

Posts: 1633I didn't understand nothing from the conversation. What's the lesson to be learned here? You wanted to pay 1K, and she wanted 2k. So?

So inflation means a general priceincrease because of an expansion of the money supply. People belive prices in Pattaya has risen because of inflation. I had an interestng conversation with a soi 6 girl that I want to share with you. I found her on twitter. She is an average looker in Repent bar that asks 900 online form thai customers.
