My experience has been about 1/3 will offer BBFS without surcharge, another 1/3 will offer BBFS with a surcharge (anywhere from 500 to 4000 baht surcharge), and about 1/3 will not offer BBFS regardless of price. A few will offer BBFS if you promise to finish outside. Some will "require" finish outside after you are already inside. I'm a big, fat, old farang, so my success rate is probably lower than young, handsome men. These percentages are based on my overall experience in Thailand; much more than just Pattaya.

You need to decide if you are going to negotiate no condom in advance or if you are going to accept whatever is available in the room. If you do advance negotiations, be sure to specify CIP ("no condom, finish inside". Don't negotiate BBFS where her friends can hear, she might not want others to know that she does BBFS. Expect to use your translator, many won't understand your language. I agree with Josh Allen that your chances of no condom are higher on 2nd or 3rd session with any particular girl.

In my last trip to Pattaya (Jan 2025), more and more girls ask or expect a condom. However, BBFS (bare service) can usually be had for a bit more money. Here are 3 examples: 1. One bar girl had a condom, but when I asked for bare, she agreed for 500 baht more. 2. one bar girl had a condom, and I asked for bare for more money, but she refused. 3. Not all girls are giving credit to high or low season. I do the cleaning myself, because I don't like the way GF does it.
