Can't help you with that. Quite a few few places that offer those kind of services over there have self-imposed restrictions on who they'd let enter. Hokkaido in Bukit Bintang, for instance, shooed me away as soon as they realized I was Indian.

Some of the WGs may offer it, but can't speak for the quality of their services.

Need a simple clarifications. Do all hotels mentioned as "couple friendly" in Makemytrip or any similar portal are actually Monger friendly? I am talking only the 3 star & above category. I am not asking about sneaking a girl. Only by registering with ID at reception. If so, what is preferred Me checking in first & the gal checking in separately after 30 minutes or both checking in together?

I'm slightly old monger, trying a younger chick. Will the age gap raises doubts if we check in together?

Just go to Changkat Bukit Bintang after 10 pm. You can go there after having a bite at the nearby street food market.

Loads of street walkers in Changkat. Outside of that, you can grab a seat at the bar in places like Gypsy and Havana and WGs will just come to you.

You can negotiate with them individually, starting from maybe 100-120 ringitts.

Noida you can do it, directly take the girl to hotel room, you can go to check in yourself first and after 15 minutes bring the gal from parking to your room directly.

I don't think you can sneak in girls without showing ID at reception and booking the room for 2 guests. Hotels have cctv cameras all around and the staff will catch you soon doing such things.
