Again, your putting words in my mouth. I never claimed anything on the percentage of immigrants or non immigrants smuggling drugs in. I clearly stated 19% is way too high. My opinion is that the 44% Hispanic Americans have strong family ties to the cartels in Latin America and are probably first generation Americans or even born in those countries.
