On the health and safety bit. Which is most important: 3 things you should do.

1. Only have safe sex. No compromise on condoms. Not tried Prep but not interested cause I'm not letting go of condoms. Condoms eliminate a lot of STDs.

2. Get tested and show your reports to people you will fuck and check for their reports. Even if they are 3-6 months old, the odds of an STD are significantly further reduced.

3. Most important. Check their bodies for tell-tale signs of STDs. Don't fuck them if they have a cough or a flu like symptom. Boils near the ass or pussy. Sores around the mouth. These further eliminate STDs which can get passed on despite condoms.

If I feel the same connection I felt with my ex with someone, I will most likely quit mongering. Until then, I'm decorating my depression cave.

At my peak I used to monger a baffling 10 plus days per month, on an average once per 3 days.

Now it's just once at the most twice per month.

Initially it was curiosity and I would try new birds, they would turn out bad then I would obsessively monger again after 1-2 days to try to get a good experience.

I have all together stopped exploring and have narrowed down to 1-2 good birds who I visit once per month, they understand me and I them and we have a good fullfilling experience.

A lot better than blowing off good money on a subpar experience and later you feel guilty of spending so much money to have an experience worse than jacking off in the bathroom..

How did they do it?

If the need is emotional, I think familiarity trumps everything and a couple of good sessions with a nice girl you discovered along the way do well. But if it's physical, I don't know of a cure yet haha.

How I lessed is decreasing my reach to money, I put most of my money in mutual funds as soon as I recieve my salary leaving money only for the bare minimum expenses of the month, less money at hand means I am less swayed by mongering urges.
