It is indeed 3 doses but over the course of 6 months to get to 100%. After first dose it is around 60%, the doc said. The 6 month timeline from right now is the thing that really concerns me. I fear this chick I want to see will decamp by the time I get to 100% protection. And Gardasil is my HPV vaccine only. Don't want to YOLO this but I am tempted.

How did they do it?

I have been able to quit it since almost 3 yrs now. There are various reasons due to which people monger. Some are addicted to variety and the dopamine rush that comes with it.

Some are addicted to the hunt in the clubs, the adrenaline rush that comes with seeing line ups, negotiating rates, and not having the pressure and responsibilities that comes with having a relationship. Be it inside or outside the bed. Just cum and leave.

Some do it simply because they are not rich or attractive enough to get sex without mongering.

Some even do it because they married the traditional wives with whom they can't follow their kinks. And they have lost the attraction over the years especially after their woman gives birth or gets into their 40's.

But slowly mongering messes with the wiring of your brain as you go down this rabbit hole. The dopamine is similar to any other addiction. Once your brains experience a certain kind of dopamine spike whether it's smoking, alcohol, weed, coca, mongering, porn, caffeine or anything similar. Its difficult to get back.

To get rid of any dopamine addiction is hard. You need sacrifice, rewiring of your brain through channeling dopamine via alternate sources. Finding a stable partner or rekindling that relationship with your wife. But it today's rat race and corporate grind, all this is easier said than done.

Some hacks that help me:

1. Have a budget.

2. Have a separate bank account. Takes 1-2 hours of clerical work effort at some bank branch. Its easier to promise yourself that you will only use X bank account than fight the urge to fuck.

Its easy to keep spending more on mongering because your bank account has money. I transfer 10 k each month into this account and stick to it. This way, when you're done with your budget. You stare at a 0. If you do not make a separate bank account, you are going to stare at your bank balance and you'd want to overspend in that case. This account has its own debit card and is connected to GPay.

Extra tip: I have placed a monthly standing instruction from main account to mongering account, takes 5 minutes on the app. This way, I am not doing any mongering facilitation work when my main bank account is being accessed.

3. Do 2 Months of no mongering twice a year.

Just to make sure you're not an addict. Start with 1 month, twice a year and then take it to two months.

You will not enjoy mongering if after each session you feel miserable by having regrets.

Regret comes from feeling like an addict.

Feeling like addict comes from feeling out of control with the habit.

Feeling out of control with the habit comes from not being within your means.

Not being with your means comes from not having a system.

I've not met anyone in the last 5 months. And only did 5 meets this whole year. Granted, I've only been in the mongering lifestyle for 1. 5 yrs now. What helped?
