I mean, to each their own, but every time I see reports like this talking about declining quality I'm always kinda baffled? I found cute girls in SF and I found cute girls in Tantras. I always end up wondering if we went to the same places. Don't get me wrong, it's not like every girl was hot but then again I have a particular preference for petite, slim girls and I had no problem finding cute ones. Undoubtedly quality has declined a lot. I have noticed it as well as others. Specifically in the casas of chapinero, it has become a hard challenge to find attractive girls. You will once in a while but that's it. Few years ago, the bulk was still unattractive but 10 to 20% still were doable. Nowadays, a pretty girls is an exception in those places.

There are pretty chicks a spas a bit up north like sensity spa and lux spa but prices are far higher (300 k) and service is basic and cold.

So you did not find any girls that you liked? I have never been to a car lot and returned to tell all my friends about all the cars there that I did not like. I usually concentrate on the ones I like and look right past the ones I don't. It seems you did the opposite.

Maybe it's for some reason because of Christmas time? When was your last visit?

It's not that there are no girls in the 16 casas in Chapinero. Even on 24. December there was quite a number of chickas. It's just the average quality which is notably lower. I have a 3 girls a day target. And I want to avoid repeats, except for the last 3 days of my vacation. In 2019/2021 that was not a problem at all. With either slim or busty girls, preferably brancas. The new selection of girls instead is a lot more chubby and no cup size to compensate for that. Finding 2-3 different girls every day is not possible if you don't accept lower standards (which I am out of necessity at the moment).

My flights from / to Europe are booked in advance. As is my AirBnB. So I'm spending my current vacation in Bogota. It is what it is. I'm making the best out of the situation. Though I'm unlikely to return. Unless the quality of the girls somehow improves back to the level of just a couple of years ago. I may give Rio another try. Or try out Medellin, if there is reason to assume that the quality didn't decline as much.

1. better earning potential in the general economy compared to "wages" in the casas rising below inflation.

2. the move to Cam-Shows due to Covid.

3. the progressing obesity pandemic.

It's notably though, that prices in Chapinero barely went up over these years. But cost of living for sure did. So maybe the previous bunch of girls decided the money they can make is not worth the effort anymore?

I did some research, and that's the most plausible story. Inflation / CoL in Colombia since 2019 added up to +45,8%. The minimum wage increase in that time period is +72%. The average wage increased by +55% (so a little over inflation).

But I'm a little shocked about the decline quality. It was already going down from visit to visit. But the negative jump from 2023 to 2025 is remarkable. The share of overweight girls (and no scaling of tits. Just getting a fat belly) is much larger than 2023 - in Santa Fe and Chapinero alike. While even in 2023 it would be guaranteed to find 2-3 pretty / stunners in Chapinero on given day, that no longer is the case.

What happened? Did the obesity pandemic progress that much in 2 years post-covid? Did the pretty girls all go to Onlyfans?

On the other hand it's relatively easy (for me) to get BBFS in Chapinero. Except in 2 cases (2 former healthcare workers) everyone accepted my offer. Maybe it's because of Christmas spending. Though I have a recent STD test, am well groomed and take the time to get to know the girls.

At Rosquillas it's 50 K for 30 minutes and 100 K for the hour. There is no 60 K option. They have the prices on signs throughout the establishment and it's one of the first things you see after you walk in and they start ringing the bell. That signals the chicas. Walk into the lounge area that is near the fish aquarium and porn is playing on several screens. The girls come and introduce themselves one by one and return to whatever they were doing. One may sit next to you. You can chill, observe and decide your next move. You can also go and sit with a chica and chat her up. If you like her then you can take her upstairs for some fun.
