I agree that for outsiders, Delhi first time mongering experience could be costly as you are not experienced with the scene.

You need to get connected with the right SP or indie or MP which is not always easy. You need to visit Delhi atleast for atleast 1-2 years to understand the scene and build rapport.

As a newbie I too wasted money on few overrated indies, but I got few budget SPs but the SP girl service was mechanical.
