I do not get it. For the 200 times that I have been to Colombia I just answer tourism. And people are talking about what they have in their bags, but remember you get your bag and scan it after you have been let into the country.

Many are flagged before the plane even lands, it's kinda fucked up that they lose the money on the flight and accommodations they already paid for but that's what happens when they want to be felons or play with little kids. I was there last week and yes, I was asked to see the form when I entered. I used my desktop.

Returning, I filled out the form on my cell phone, but I was not ask to show the completed form.

It took forever but I got it done. As I am an old school guy I got the hard copy.

I filled out the Check-mig form last week without a problem, using the code they emailed to me. I did it on a computer. If you're doing it on your phone, that may be the issue.

I don't know where to post this. I am thinking of canceling or postponing a 3 week trip in April for Bogota, Medellin & Cartagena. Because of the flooding and coastal disasters. It's still 7 weeks away. Weather projections do not sound good.

Scopaline, thieves and traffic don't worry me but constant rain (streets flooding etc. Makes me wonder if the girls, the outdoor tourism and sightseeing will be accessible. I have read that beaches are closed currently. What do you guys think about Medellin in April? Will the sun come out? I don't want bad experiences due to the weather.

I've never been sent to secondary, anywhere in Colombia despite 6 7 times a year for a week at a time it's My personal feeling is when they scan your passport they already know everything about you.
