Below are the details of my experiences in Delhi NCR.

Overall Verdict: Not Recommended.

Located in the basement adjacent to Domino's Pizza at the Metropolis Mall in Gurugram, Calm Spa is an establishment you should avoid. Once inside, it became clear that the establishment operates primarily as a front for extra services rather than professional therapy. The staff immediately pushed for add-ONS, settling on an extra 2,000 for full services (bringing the total damage to per person). Ultimately, both of us had a bad encounter. The only saving grace we reasoned to ourselves was that since we earn good money anyway, it was a minor financial loss and still a step up from self-gratification. When the front manager was asked if she provides the services herself, she flatly refused.
