I get hit on by my interns and juniors since I am in a senior leadership position.

Just last month, one of the new hires who was flirting with me at the company party, sent me some provocative pictures. I reprimanded her and brought it to HR's attention, and then she said she accidentally sent it to me instead of her friend.

I would rather not make a mess where I work so I don't get involved.

True that! Getting hit on and flirting is very common now in corporates, especially when you're higher in the ranks.

I have had many and till a few years back, had my way with a few girls who were very open with what they wanted. This was in the same company but different location and teams. Soon realized that this would lead to issues later and pulled away. Luckily I moved out and have sworn not to get into anything like this at workplace.
