SCAMS: I define a "scam" as spending money with a provider who lies about what's on offer. Fraud, in other words. In Bangkok on Soi Cowboy you've got the check-padding, cock-teasing bars run by "The Arab." In Pattaya, on Walking Street, if you're dumb enough to patronize the bars offering "Russian girls," you'll pay big money and get nothing. Scam.

In a different category are P4P experiences that are poor value for money. Guys call these "scams," or "ripoffs." But in most cases the punter is drunk and falls for a bit of "puffery" by the provider. Sometimes her attitude is good while making her sales pitch, but poor later on. Again, not a "scam" IMHO. You just choose poorly and/or overpaid.

HOMEWORK: Go back in this forum by at least a year. Two would be better. Read forward. Take notes using the notes app on your phone. Use Google Maps to find the places mentioned. Lots of clubs and bars and hotels have web sites, socials etc. Look them up. You'll learn about the major areas patronized by naughty boys: Walking Street, Soi Six & Soi LK Metro. Plus the areas that are off the beaten path. You'll get an idea of the similarities and differences. You'll see that the P4P experiences vary widely.

My buddy wanted to go to the beach on the island the next day. I told him that it would be best to find a chick when we are at one of the discos and when he takes her with him to advise her that he wants her to go to the island with him in the morning. Cost: It varies widely. For bottom dollar street meat on Beach Road and some dating sites = 1500 baht (plus / minus 500). For nightclub freelancer = 2000 baht (plus / minus 1000). These are all ST. I have zero experience negotiating LT upfront. I get LT organically after a solid ST session. In that case, I will normally add another 1000 - 1500 baht. LT is extremely complex for a first timer to the scene in Pattaya. A good portion of these ladies have some sort of mental or life issues so trying to have her stay with you for 6+ hours with multiple sessions is a recipe for disaster and waisted time. LT is great when you have chemistry and it is all mutual. Money can't buy chemistry.

Cost. Honrable Mention: I left out Gogo, bar, GC ladies since most of them are not technically freelancers since they work out of an establishment..

Some ladies that are smoking hot (instagram model types) that already have a few European sponsors that still work at Gogos will be highly highly selective if they even still dabble in outside work. These types will be 4000 - 10000 baht.

How Long: ST is normally one pop. Maybe 1-2 hours. LT is all night and they normally leave in the morning or afternoon. Another caution on LT in the rare case you find one that you have great chemistry with. It might be challenging to get her up and out of your room before noon. A problem if you have shit to do or just want to be alone.

How much should I expect them to ask for: Depends. How do you look, how old are you, how are you groomed, Is she attracted to you, Does she have 1 or more sponsors already helping her out monthly, how does she look, what time of the day or night is it. I think you get the picture. I would be prepared to spend 2000 - 5000 baht depending on many factors.
