Like you, I have also been loving Tinder for its convenience and supply. I stayed near Parque Lleras for a few days in early June. My experience was that if the police see you and a woman taking for more than a brief while, they would walk up and ask the two of you to move along. One time I was walking a woman back to my AirBnB and police officers asked each of us for an ID. This was not problem because we were both of legal age. But still, they spent a few minutes talking to the woman in Spanish (I couldn't understand), then allowed us to move along. An up-front advisory. These places will only appeal to those who really value massages for themselves and exquisitely orchestrated happy endings and are not super cost-conscious. Always check the Customs laws when bringing shit into a country. I was about to bring an office chair to my place in Thailand until I saw the duty was $400, when the chair only cost $200. I think it was last year a guy in the Rio thread said he brought an iphone for a chick and did not declare it. With the duty and the fine, he was out of $1200 (who knows the price of the phone). Over the years, I've continued to venture to Parque Lleras from time to time, usually just to collect WhatsApp numbers for later follow-up. When a chica attracts my attention I invite her to follow me to sit down inside the park, well away from anyone else, to have a brief, relaxed private conversation before exchanging contact info--or on occasion inviting her home that night. They almost always readily agree to take the time for this chat. Highly recommended, especially if security personnel hovering about on the street where the ladies hang out.

If the chica is too impatient to have this private chat, then we just exchange WhatsApp immediately. Using QR codes this can be done in just a few seconds.

We just left in June and picked up several ladies with absolutely no problem at all. Never asked any questions. We did see police ask to see IDs though several times when guys were speaking to the girls. One of the ladies we met and had a great experience with told us they are checking IDs due to people picking up underage girls. Not sure if that's true but that's what she told us. Didn't see anyone get a ticket. They all showed their Ids and moved along. Who knows maybe we were lucky but that was our experience.
