Posts: 2662It's nice that you appreciate everyone's help, but with some time and effort you could have found most if not all of the answers to your numerous and mostly general questions yourself, by reading this forum. I'm surprised you got so many replies, and no straight RTFF.

About $40/ night for 3 nights. Right on Burgos is Makati Palace hotel, bit older, but nice big rooms. Across the street above Cubana Cafe (live band nightly) is the Royal Bellagio hotel ($50+ nightly). A block away on the corner of Makati Ave / Kalayaan St are the City Garden, and its sister hotel City Garden Grand; bit more pricey but CGG is well known for its GF-ly ways and its lovely rooftop pool and outdoor restaurant.

They are all GF-ly. Its difficult in the area to not find girl-friendly. Also on Burgos are 2 short-time hotels: Lokal (above and behind V-8 gogo bar) and Sogo hotel (corner Makati Ave / Anza, directly behind O'Reilly's gogo bar).
Greenbelt area is where the Ayala and Glorieta malls are located, more upscale, 1 mile west of Burgos on Makati Avenue. Google maps is your friend.
Get in there, punch some pink, write us a descriptive report.

Posts: 5169If you want to be close to the gogos or clubs there are hotels literally on Burgos or the side streets.

So looks like Makati is the winner. I will try plan suitably. Any hotel recommendations. Location, not exactly look for cheap "value ofr money" - assuming it is all 'girl friendly'?

Posts: 3812My mistake. I assumed from your statement that there was a dedicated bar in AC where FL's operated from and came and go. I don't stay up late enough for Mega Dance. I have seen a handful of FL in Aqua in the evenings. Hadn't partake in any.

Posts: 1633I watched it all, the conclusion is that we are fucked. AI is here already, is here to stay, is not used for our benefit, and is not destroying us in a glamorous way like we were imagining it with balistic missiles or the T1000 terminator model, but with accounting algorithms.

In Makati?? Lots on and around Burgos. But not where all the gogos are. The other side of Kalayaan. Google 'P Burgos Bars' and they come up.
Enjoy. G.
* Independent freelancers early in the night then bargirls after knock off hoping to get an (extra) customer for the night.

I see online some waterfalls near Cebu are interesting which seems to be 3 to 4 hours drive.
Hence not sure if it is worth to a day trip or pickup some one in Cebu city and travel along with her so that no need to keep returning back to Cebu city.
Appreciate any local contacts who can travel along out of Cebu city. Got some hits on seeking but for obvious reasons I am not counting on them from here unless I get some vetted connections from expats down there.

Posts: 5169All have good connections to NAIA. Cab or Grab (think Uber) to Makati or Genesis bus direct to AC.

Personally, I wouldn't leave Makati. You don't say how you prefer to find girls but Makati has more of everything:
I find Burgos bars more fun than AC. On site, girls are far more playful and some bars have VIP rooms where FS is available onsite. Barfine a girl and her tip is post paid (AC is fully paid upfront before leaving the bar) so there is a much greater incentive for the girls to provide a good time. Runners are rare.
AC really only has one freelancer bar where as Makati has many in Poblacion all within walking distance of each other.
There are hundreds of girls online at any time. Yes you do have to be wary of scammers but that's the same everywhere.
If you want to head upmarket, Seeking and the online outcall brothels have many options.
AC does have ready access to many cheap street walkers but they can be very rough.
I'd even argue that AC has lost its main drawcard. It's no longer a place of boundless cheap sex with hot young girls. Now a AC barfine is going to be 5 or 6 K vs 10 k for Burgos and the hottest girls there are often reserved for Korean customers.
There are pretty girls everywhere but I think it's fair to say that the hottest girls follow the money and end up in manila. You're going to find more blistering hot girls there and it also lifts the average of the typical girl you will find online or in person.
I look forward to reading a post of whatever you do decide.
Enjoy. G.

Are both locations well connected to the Airport. Is it trains or cabs? How far are they from each other -commutable - doles not appear? Maps show Makati close to the airport and AC plenty far - is it worth the effort?
Assuming mongering options are similar??
If not for ISG how will someone make such esoteric complicated decisions from long distances.
Thanks.

Posts: 471Or if you're willing to spend more then go straight to Makati and stay close to P. Burgos street and go to Lips first, V8 second and Kojax / Plan B third. There are more bars but those 3 should keep you plenty busy for 3 or 4 days.

Posts: 773Just 3-4 days, anticipate regrets. Although not my preferred playground, for any cherry trip, I would recommend AC. Since your trip is so short, just go directly from the airport straight to AC, and plan to do the same on the return.
