In Bangkok Bolt is too unreliable to be useful, the motorbikes are ok though, but Grab is the way to go. Bolt cars always say they are coming but never do in Bangkok. Just use Grab.

Outside of Bangkok Bolt is the one I usually use and offers better rates.
