Had you read these reports earlier before going to Kolkata, you would have had some idea about SG and sp / mps. Very very sorry that you lost your hard earned money that too Rs. 10,000/ OMG! No matter what the threats doled out over phone or even in public, stand your ground and yell back "bokachoda, do whatever you feel like". Never, I repeat, never try conversing in a civil way after you have received any threats! Use the choicest expletives in your lexicon. This is the sign of confidence that wheeler-dealers are really scared of. Once you show it, you win always. Yes, always.

it was november last year and i was staying in peerless. searched the net and called one sp for massage girl. he said in rs 3000/- you will have it and the hotel will allow the outside girl to enter in. i said ok. and then i got call from the girl speaking in english saying she will reach in an hour. i waited and suddenly i got call from reception that some body wants to meet me and i said to send her in my room but to my shock hotel receptionist said no or it and asked me to come down if i wanted to meet her. i came down and i saw a third class girl sitting down. i immediately came out of hotel and handed over rs 3000/- asking her to go as hotel is not allowing. on that she started calling somebody on phone asking him to come and insult me in hotel and the person on the otherside threatened me if i don't give him another 7000/- he will bring some boys and make some kind of noises in hotel because hotel staff also knew that you called the girl. i got scared and gave her another 7000/- and got rid of problem. anybody who can advise on such situation in future.

sorry to hear about your bad experience. i think they just took advantage of your inexperience. i hope you enjoy kolkata better next time.

There were credible reports from one of our senior member that things are not good around SG, they are arresting even guys walking in the mainroad near excide. So Me and our senior John decide to drop the plan of visiting next week. I lost 3 K due to cancellation of flight tickets. Sad that I have to do this one more time, last time I cancelled due to similar situation during election. Not giving up but will plan later when things settle down.

Sorry arun. Really sorry. But one thing. It will be better to play safe. It is often coming to my mind: if money is lost, nothing is lost. If health is lost, something is lost. If character is lost, everything is lost. So keeping away from sg for some time is good. Thats what I said. Be calm for few days to get the dust settles down in sg. It will be a tough job to control johny, as reported by madhu, johny will be troubling a lot. But unbridled johny will land us in a great disaster. So self control is the best control. As per reports, only four or five buildings were raided. It forms only very small a part of SG. Really a drop in the ocean. Pearls and gems, as available in the premium buildings, are also available in other ordinary buildings. So the raids will not have any significant impact on SG. Even the bldg 12 will be normal in a few days. Let's hope for the good.

for dry / thai massage it'll cost you around 2500/- and for oil / swedish massage it's around 2800/ you can also ask for discounts (like weekdays for happy hours) prior to the therapy. for extras entertain with the therapist only. be confident, enjoy or at least act like you are enjoying. do some chit chat with the therapist. rest will follow!
