AC and the Philippines in general take prostitution to a different level then most other places in the world. Its a place where the girls are looking for a way out of poverty and a way out of there country. I know of no other country this is so. The girls go into this occupation with a different mindset. In Costa Rica you go to a place like the Del ray hotel and you get hardcore hookers that will bang your brains out for a price. Those girls are business like and are not looking for a way out of their country. Thailand girls don; t really want to leave there country either PSE is a normal thing there. The famous red light district in Amsterdam the girls are mechanical and do the job and go home but they are not looking for a punter to SAVE them. The only other pace I would compare the Philippines in the world with is Maybe girls in the Russian federation countries like the Ukraine. There is still no place like AC and for the price of 1 BG in Makati you can have 3 BGs in AC. That's why I want more AC.

Exactly. There is still plenty of quality to go around. Not as many as a few years ago, not as cheap, not as rowdy, but still good times to be had. I recommend playing the Trifecta: AC, Subic, and Makati.

I would not recommend the Philippines if you take rejections badly. Though overall I'm having a good time. But If if I weren't here and knew what my experience would be like, I would make plans for other countries.

I think I'm going to leave early, the rejections are getting to me. But its like this at most bars in the Philippines. Plus the convenience of the location. So I'm on the Fence with this one.

Sorry to hear it's not really working out for you in Angeles. It is a different scene there compared a lot of the other monger scenes. Filipinas are also very different and it truly takes awhile to even come close to remotely figuring them out. If you are still there I have some recommendations. If it's going really that bad for you and you can afford it, consider going back to Manila / Makati. That Burgos area can have some pretty good looking women and they can also be a lot more professional if that works for you. The costs are quite a bit higher but maybe that might work better for you.

The rejection thing is something that goes back to understanding them more. I'm not of the mode that they are prostitutes and they should be like this and that. It's truly not that way for the majority of the ones working in AC. You said you are a big guy, but based on your measurements you gave earlier you don't sound that big. But maybe you are more imposing in person. If someone there tells you short time only, they actually just may be a little scared of you because you look big to them and maybe your penis may be large. They may be scared you are going to knock the bottom out of them. What I'm getting at, is sometimes they say short time because they want to go but not sure of these other fears they have. Again, that prostitute thing doesn't come into play here in my argument. They may change their mind about short time after the first round. You'll find more romantics working in Angeles, where if you go to Burgos, you'll find more professional women who are more worried about the money in a more prostitute sort of way. I'm not saying all are like that in Burgos, just my experience of being around there. I've definitely had some great finds there but being with them over time, the true person comes out over there. Same with a place like EDSA in Manila, but I prefer the Burgos women over the EDSA women any time.

Hit the bikini contest at Score Birds with Captain Munch afterwards we check out tropix but find nothing there to our liking next we try Viking bar I buy a drink for what I consider to be the hottest girl but she is reserved and not very talkative and does not appear to want to be with me despite my best efforts to be polite and entertaining to her, I bring up the subject of bar fine and she says no immediately with out hesitation says she is tired. Next we hit equis and again I buy a drink for what I consider to be the hottest girl in the bar, one again I try to be entertaining polite and put on my best charm offensive, this time I seem to be making some head way and she agrees to let me bar fine her, she is laying next to me now as I write this, extremely attractive but a bit of an ice princess and despite being told yes in the bar there is no BJ.

It only took me three bars and two girls before I found one that would let me bar fine her. Chris

IHO one of the biggest mistakes some mongers make is choosing the girl. When I go in the bar I order a drink and joke around with the waitress and girls on stage begging for drinks or offering their friends and wait for the eye contact. Your percentage of girls who will go out with you will be better if you let the girl pick you.

I agree with you Socker that the raids have dampened down things a tad. Remember the body paint dancers from a few years ago and even just last year I was still getting molested in the smaller bars by super friendly girls trying to convince me to barfine them. That is still going on in Burgos Street bars by the way.

Furthermore, I saw less punters and less young girls in AC circa April 2014 than on previous trips. Still, I saw plenty of more than willing and available girls. Less girls affects the numerator of the equation and less punters affects the denominator of the equation ie the ratio of bar girls to customers. In Grand Pharaoh (Golden Nile) for example, which is a bar I like to hunt in, there were less girls than previous years and less customers too so the ratio was still a healthy 40 girls to 10 customers or 4:1 at 9:30 pm right before one of the Daddy shows. Yes they used to have many more girls. Thinking back to only a year ago, I remember there being 60 girls or more dancing on the double decker stage. With the dwindling customer base, I wonder how long Grand Pharaoh can stay in business. But even now, after all the raids, there were still plenty of lookers in this bar. This trip I barfined a very pretty Tequila girl for 3200 p LT. As I was walking out with my girl, one of the Cultural Dancers touched my arm and said why not me?

In Shipwrecked, a completely different kind of bar, I talked to the mamasan. I was looking for my two favorite cousins that I met there in 2013. I had lost contact with the girls around the time of the big typhoon last summer. The mama said the girls had gone home to their province. I hope the girls are doing ok. She then tried to fix me up with a 19 year old spinner that looked very similar to one of my cousins. Failing that, she then tried fixing me up with a 22 year old and then a large breasted 24 year old. The point being there were a number of doable friendly girls inside this small bar and plenty of good times just waiting to happen.

Talking about percentages, I think it is insightful to compare AC with other watering holes. I never saw a time when 85% of the bar girls were pretty. Not in AC, not in Bangkok, and not in Pattaya. Maybe I am a tough grader, but I am happy with a bar if 10% to 15% are the girls are hot.

On the same 2014 trip I was in Bangkok and I went to Crazy House Go Go in Cowboy for example. There must have been around 40 girls spit into two dance groups. !5% of the girls were hot, hot in my book. That translates into around 6 girls that I thought were genuine lookers with really good bodies. I think that stat made the place great.

On the same 2014 trip I visited Phnom Penh. In Rose Bar and Oasis bar, my two favorite PP hostess bars, the ratio of lookers was low. There were at best only 2 or 3 girls in each bar that I considered attractive and doable. The one girl I really dug in Oasis was a real hot firecracker, but she would not barfine. No shit! I came in every night to have a few Tequila shots with her and try to win her over. We fooled around and things got pretty steamy in the bar, but she would not barfine. Around 11:30 pm every night I would say goodbye to her and head over to Nagaworld to hook up with very good looking Khmer FL's. The Darling Darling FL's were asking $100 for ST. There were at least 30 girls working the casino and many were very hot, roughly half of the girls there were more than doable.

I finished my trip in Makati. And I have to say Burgos Street girls are a lot of fun both inside the bars and in my hotel room. There are a ton of girls. Selection is pretty good especially in high end bars like Bottoms where the ratio was approximately 10 to 1 girls to customers and the number of attractive girls was high. I would say there were at least 6 girls in Bottoms that I would have loved to shag there. I found one of the best girls of my entire 7 week Asian trip in Bottoms. The price was 10 lady drinks barfine or 3900 p plus my girl wanted 4000 p ST which turned into 5000 p LT on the 2nd night.

My conclusion is AC is still ok. If you know the place than I am sure you can handle the dampening down affect and still have a great time. If you have never visited there, now may be your last opportunity to discover what it was all about. I don't know. Maybe the raids will decrease and things will pick up. Maybe not. Subic is still great! Girls are very friendly. Barfines almost universally 1500 p.

Also I did not experience these percentages per bar. This estimate pertains to all the BGs in AC.

I walked into many bars and quickly turned around and left, no doables.

And lets remember for a decrepit 80 yr old monger they're all doable, w / many many stunners.

I view the scene as a 25 year old stud, I have the same standards and goals now as I had then. Find the hottest woman and have my way w / her. Period.

In AC it is near impossible to do that. In Makati it was much easy because the ladies want to make 3000 p per monger + percentage of barfine.

For me I will continue to go to AC and maybe finally venture towards Subic.
