I agree Sakinaka should be avoided at all cost.

Recently had a very very bad experience. Long story short -, got a contact from locanto, went to Sakinaka. The initial amount discussed was 4 k including everything (rooms+2 shots). When the girl came she was in hurry. No DFK, no boob suck etc, just strangling my Johnny and asked to put condom and fuck.
