The days when one get a NI for 3 k and CIS for 5 k are not too far behind us. It's amazing to see how the prices have gone up. NI indies or sp asking for min 6-8 k. CIS are a different case altogether. The does not bode well for us the mongers. The main factor is the class of. Mongers who do not know the prevalent rates and are desperate enough to give in to the demands of SP. Or indie. This wrecks havoc with the market as can be seen. Another factor has been the LE who have made the things difficult, girl's difficult to get, caused an imbalance in demand and supply ratio.
