I think better to go with these tests to confirm although costly.

1. P24 antigen test-for early detection.

2. HIV RNA pcr.

3. western blot test.

Better to take all three to cover window period. I think hiv RNA pcr not available in vijaya diagnostics.

2 and 3 re not available at all branches.

ELBIT has all 3 tests. Very expensive but sure shot spot tests.
