My apologies. Cloud Sim is limited to those 5 countries but supports roaming in India, which was good enough for me.

If you need to use whatsapp only, you can create a virtual UK number and enable whatsapp on it which can be used anywhere.

Else, you can use a lyca sim from UK on roaming, which is the cheapest sim to be on roaming.
